The product was as described correctly and tasted better than expected.
Delivery was quick and hassle free as they use DPL logistics.

Order took ages to dispatch, just before Christmas. I wasn't kept informed of my order, in fact I was frequently misinformed. The problem was a wanted an extra large bottle of spirits, in the end I found out this was out of stock. So I agreed on 2 smaller bottles, but this worked out to be cheaper so I requested something of their choosing to make up the cost. This never happened, nor did I receive a refund. I wud be glad to give these guys a second chance as I suspect they were just too rushed at Christmas.

Ordered whiskey glasses well in advance of 70th birthday. Regrettably, the glasses have not arrived. When contacting the company, they informed me that they are out of stock and will only be available in a week’s time. A message that the item is out of stock would have been appreciated.

I ordered cognac as a gift and paid for next day delivery, the next day nothing came and the day after, I also never got an updated email with tracking info so I reached out.
I was told that the courier attempted to deliver the order but no one was at home which was a blatant lie because someone was at home and the recipient had cameras and checked that no one came around.
I asked them to refund my next day delivery fee and make the delivery asap which they told me they would. Next day came and no delivery, nor the day after. They now stopped answering my emails, and I don’t know where my order is even located at this point. I have been now asking for a refund without any response
I have ordered many times from different websites but this is the most horrible service I have ever gotten. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Shockingly bad experience. Waited over a month and a half for them to tell me they couldn't ship to Ireland due to Brexit - despite them advertising that they can. I am now battling with them to get a refund processed, but they have now gone quiet. It looks like a scam and I am flabbergasted they have such a high TP rating
