Very good, some small "soucis"
I need to write this in English - apologies to French-speaking readers.
We found Chamina to be very competent and flexible in setting up the trip, and all the documentation and bookings worked out as expected. The actual voyage was good but could have been improved (one hotel was not up to standard, and one day of the route didn't make a lot of sense and was skipped by us). This was really down to the subcontractor who Chamina used, Grand Angle. We also did not meet or speak to anyone from either Chamina or the subcontractor during our trip, when we might have expected someone to check that all was well. However it was a very enjoyable trip in a very beautiful place, and we would be glad to use Chamina again.
One final suggestion would be for Chamina or its subcontractor to provide electronic versions of the daily routes (GPX) for use in smart phones etc, as nearly everyone has these now. We suggested this but have had no feedback.
