Fast, reliable, service
Hey guys, great service. I live in West Australia and I ordered a new 70cc Perla Barb chainsaw and some other parts on Saturday night, 29/8/26.
I received a notification early on Monday 31/8/26, that it was on its way.
It was delivered today, Friday 4/9/26 at 11.00am. How's that for great service. 5 days Victoria to WA.
You provide an excellent and reliable service. I have made a couple of purchases and have always been notified and updated regularly.
I will let you know how the chainsaw goes when I cut 2 or 3 tonne of fire wood.

Bought a stainless steel garden weed…
Bought a stainless steel garden weed sprayer, only used it between 6 and 10 times and its kept in the garage. Went to use it this time and its leaking where the pressure gauge fits into the SS tank. Looks like the hole is too big for the connection and it leaks and no way to tighten as it just spins. Talked on the chat thing but told even after only 2 years it's not their problem. Bought a 'better quality ' hoping it would last longer after reading company reviews.
A cheap plastic one would have lasted longer!

Unlike plastic units, stainless steel tanks are fully serviceable. A connection spinning freely or leaking at the gauge port typically means the internal retaining nut or thread sealant has loosened over time—a straightforward maintenance fix rather than a product defect.
As noted, this unit is past its 2-year warranty period, so we cannot offer a free replacement or refund. However, if you would like to repair it, we are happy to provide instructions on how to access and tighten the gauge fitting or supply a replacement seal kit.
