I called feeling disillusioned and frustrated. I was put through to Kirsty to help me resolve my issue. In less than a minute I felt more positive, having had several solutions presented to me. She conversed with me in a kind way and actually listened and empathized with me. She was also bubbly and motivated to resolve my issue. Kirsty agreed to do 2 tasks following our conversation. They are better than other providers…
They are better than other providers acting as a third party. They call you to see if you are happy with the service and ask if there is anything else you might need help with. Generally good customer care.
