I had an unsolicited call from these people as my phone was coming up for renewal. There’s really no need to give cold callers your business. I didn’t give anyone permission to call me, and had never heard of this company. I’m sure this breaches GDPR in some way.

Kerry went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Spent lots of time getting to know our business and how we worked. The reason I didn't give 5 stars in the first place is due to the issues I had receiving initial calls and texts. However ......the customer service that I received from Kirsty, Alison and Ashleigh was amazing, the cost of the phone and package is fantastic and the overall plan is great ....I will definitely be recommending Chadwell to my colleagues, friends and family.

I’ve had absolutely tons of phone calls from this company for no reason whatsoever. I’ve told them I’m not interested and they still call me back. It’s 5+ calls a day even when I block the number they ring off another one! Really bad harassment !

Exceptional service provider!
Steve and the team were exceptionally accommodating, understanding and supportive in getting the system up and running, ensuring we were clear on the process of porting the number from BT, how the equipment would work, and then being on hand for tech support when we were unsure how to navigate an issue we faced.
