DHL has become very bad at delivery of…
DHL has become very bad at delivery of parcels. They leave at at other addresses and do not even attempt to contact me. There is no way for be to lodge an issue with them directly.
CGB's selection has been very good, but will stop purchases from here on. You are not the only supplier that uses DHL, but they are the same incompetent business no matter who they ship for.

CGB has used DHL Express for many years because of the security, traceability and overall reliability of its international service. The vast majority of our parcels are delivered without incident, particularly for valuable items, and we therefore do not currently plan to change our main carrier.
However, a parcel should not be left at another address without appropriate notification. When such a problem occurs, our customer service team can contact DHL and open an investigation on your behalf, as the sender of the parcel.
We appreciate your positive comments about the quality of our selection and regret that the delivery experience has affected your overall opinion of CGB. Please contact us with the details of the delivery concerned so that we can report the incident to DHL.

A Great Place to Discover Unique Coins Every Week
I have greatly enjoyed discovering unique and interesting coins through CGB's weekly e-auctions. Each week brings new opportunities, and I always look forward to seeing what will be offered next.
The service has been reliable, and the variety of numismatic items available is impressive. I have also been recommending CGB to my fellow coin collectors and friends in Korea.
As a small suggestion, it would be wonderful if CGB could provide a New Year calendar (desk or wall calendar) to its members around the end of each year. I believe many collectors would appreciate such a thoughtful gesture.
