Reasonable prices, rapid delivery, responsive. I live in US. I have done business with cgb.fr for many years. Once I returned a torn note, not mentioned in the description. They immediately refunded the money.

special thanks for your attentive team. your web site is very user friendly. financial reports that you give to your customers, could improve. i mean, i did not find any option to see all my activity in the one balance sheet for one year. although you have long relationship with grading companies that makes cost advantage for you, your services for grading is too expensive.

Package arrived in good condition. Delivered one day late because they said I wasn't home. That is questionable but OK. Got it the next day.

A disappointing experience so far…
We have ordered 2 pieces from CGB over the last 7 days and just processed our last order today.
Getting through to them has been a challenge, we had to call them many times to get noticed.
As we are based in the uk, we wished to discuss and be clear on the delivery address, now in Belgium, and related timelines for dispatch as we are entering the busy Christmas period.
Communication has been poor - expect to wait for 7 to 10 days, as a minimum, to get any standard non-automated email response. The employee on the phone was not helpful whatsoever. She confirmed to us to be very busy as one of the only 2 front desk resources to pick up all external calls and queries?
A disappointing experience so far and we just hope that CGB records calls with existing clients for training in order to improve on all this.

CGB has a wonderful research engine open to the public not only as a Buying tool but also a real research reliable asset. My orders arrive expeditiously and always packed safe and well. Their prices are right in there and I've never walked away from a deal thinking I was gouged, never. And with these folks, if I needed to, I would not feel opposed to ask for a small discount. The grading of their Numismatics is always spot on and there is vault after vault loaded with priceless inventory. Thanks CGB!

Mis-advertised - Refund Promise - Returned Items - NO REFUND!!!
After more than a year of following up on a confirmed refund approval for items that were misadvertised, we are still waiting for the refund to be processed. It was agreed that a full refund would be provided once the purchased coins (valued at approximately $5,000 AUD) were returned. The coins were shipped back and confirmed as received by CGB.fr, yet no refund has been issued.
Despite countless follow-ups and daily emails to multiple contacts at their office, our requests continue to be ignored. We can only hope they honour their obligations. I sincerely hope no other customer has to experience this.
