Only negative i can think of is the translation between language on their site.

Excellent customer service
Bought an iPhone 12 mini as good as new with case and glass cover with delivery some 2-3 days.
Phone as expected but i realised it was too small so I returned it.
Excellent customer service except that mail adress didn't work so I used the support mail and got a full refound.
Friend of mine sold me a regular iPhone 12 allmost brand new, is why I didn't replace the mini using Certideal.
And yes, customer service is in Swedish though I got to the English Trust pilot site for the review.

Fast and good delivery
I bought an Iphone from Svenska Certideal and the whole process from order to delivery was done in a very professional way.
I got a message that the phone was being delivered, but then I got an email saying that they had found an error in the phone, during their last testing, and couldn't send it. They apologized for the short delay in the delivery.
The phone arrived soon after. It is very nice without any scratches and good battery life. I am very satisfied and can recommend using Certideal Svenska.

Like brand new
It took a few days (as stated when buying) to get the phone But when it came it felt like brand new and the battery’s capacity was much greater than the minimum stated (100% capacity!). So all in all more than happy.

I bought an iPhone SE refurbished
I bought an iPhone SE refurbished from Certideal. I am extremely happy about it. When I received the phone I could not believe it is refurbished. It was almost similar to brand new. It had a screen protector as well. The battery health was 93% !!! I couldn't believe it. The price was also cheaper than similar refurbished stores. Everything works fine with my phone, and I would like to thank CertiDeal.
