Multiple issues with the MacBook, slow costumer service.
Last year I bought a MacBook Air from certideal, that’s when the first problem arrived. I had clearly stated when ordering that I wanted a Swedish keyboard, but it arrived with a French one. I took about a month between slow responses from costumer service to me sending them the MacBook and getting it back with the right keyboard. Second problem was that the MacBook was connected to a certideal account and you couldn’t change the password, you could still connect it to your own iCloud so I figured it was a nonissue. Now to the present day, i can’t access my laptop because it’s connected to the company’s MDM system (like a admin management lock), which is crazy considering it’s MY laptop that i purchased. The costumer service I crazy slow with responses, I’ve been trying to get somewhere with them for almost a week but have gotten nowhere. A week without my laptop during exam season.
UPDATE: The team eventually reached out to me and had the problem fixed, now my laptop has no other connections to outside systems. It’s still disappointing that I had to such an avoidable inconvenience and lost so much data in the process.

Regarding the current problem, a device linked to an MDM (Mobile Device Management) system should of course not remain blocked after being sold. They will rip you off
They will rip you off. Avoid certideal like the plague. They will find some bogus reason to void the "two year warranty" and keep your money. Also be aware that they if you need to send back or return an you will have to pay for postage. And also do not buy from them if you do not have a printer handy. They demand that you print out and fill in a "declaration" that also voids the warranty if not included. This is one of those " screw you in the fine print" companies.
Thank you for your reply. However it is not genuine. You simply send out these responses automatically. Buyers be aware that you will review this response.
"The warranty does not cover this type of issue; it covers all technical failures related to the device and independent of your use.
Unfortunately, there is no reliable repair for this type of issue. Furthermore, repairs are expensive, and the phone’s original appearance cannot be restored."

They send a non functional mobile, following up with bad customer service.
They send a mobile with a non functional radio part. Could receive but not call, and missing LTE. Needed to wait over 2 month for replacement after spending many hours with support etc.
No compensations, they even forgot to add the protection glas on the replacement unit but refused to compensate for that or the bad CX. Big warning!
I have used at least 4 competitors, both European and Nordic and they have all been superior in everything. Please rethink before using Certideal, or hold you thumps for getting units that are working. The support experience is not something you want to experience. Warning!

It took about two weeks to come but it was as described. The phone was originally from France and so some apps resorted to that setting, but it was easy enough to fix. I recommend.

Wonderful and fast support
Wonderful and fast support! The phone I ordered was delivered fast and with only one small problem. The costumer support team answered very quick and helped me with the problem. I am super happy with the the whole experience and would recommend CertiDeal to everyone looking form a new phone!
