They delivered the wrong product (bookmarks that were supposed to be printed with a letter of my choice, were not printed at all). Customer service offered a 2 USD compensation on a 20 USD product. Complete scam. do not buy

Made in China. Zero quality. Don’t buy.

Purchased miniature library under glass. Item arrived broken, several pieces broken off, dome scratched/cracked. Packaged in good foam container, but no inner packaging to stop item from bouncing/moving during transit, resulting in damage. Company offered $4.00 US compensation, refused refund/exchange.

Complete scam artists.take your money and NEVER deliver..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME..IT WILL BOTH BE WASTED!!
Emailed customer services too many times to count..very polite emails back..but absolutely nothing after months of either asking for my delivery or money back.. They are RUBBISH

First at payment the final cost was more than what was showed in my basket. Then I have NEVER received my parcel. They are thieves. Never ever buy from then

I ordered a miniature bookshelf or better a miniature library, which really looked cute on the photos provided. It said that all was carefully handmade and handpainted. What I got was a miniature alright, but it was done all in stinking plastic and very sloppy paintwork. One could see immediately that this has never been touched by a human hand. It’s an ugly and disgusting piece of crap made in China and I‘ll never, ever shall buy anything from these crooks.

Scam seller! Ordered three turtle travel keychains. Received all three but one was missing the birthstone. I contacted support and they offered a 2USD return and that's all they could offer. I told them I didn't want their 2USD. Dodgy company. Wish I had of seen these reciews beforehand. Lesson learned.

So i thought this was a USA based company as it charges US.dollars but no it is Chinese ,no correct tracking ,no contact except though PayPal ,delivery in 5-7 days ,two mounts later no sign . never ever again.

TURTLE KEYCHAIN ORDER - NO ORDER NUMBER, CONFIRMATION OR DELIVERY DATE - HAVE ALREADY PAID UPFRONT
I ordered a turtle keychain from this company on 30 January. An amount was debited off my credit card before I received any confirmation of order, Order Number or delivery date. I have attempted to email them with my requests, with no response. I have no idea whether I'm going to receive this item. Or whether this is a scam site. From most of the reviews it appears very dodgy! I would appreciate a response and confirmation of my purchase, with the amount I paid so I'm not left in the dark about the status and progress of my order.

I placed an order (which was a Xmas present) in early December and it never arrived. Every time I wrote, asking about the status of my order they asked me to be patient. It is now clear that my order will never arrive but they haven't yet let me know if I'll ever be reimbursed.

Further to my review on 10th Jan 2024, the seller didn’t want to give me a refund stating that the items have been re-processed and sent out already. So, I decided to wait (because pursuing the issue was so time consuming). Finally, I did receive the parcel on 12th Jan. I’m writing this review to be fair to the seller (since I’ve got my parcel.) Would I place another order with them?

Shocking company with no customer service

Order 2 wood banks as Christmas presents on Oct. 8,2023. The packaged was tracked & I was kept informed until Nov. 17, 2023 when the shipping company advised package was in St. Louis. Nothing after that date. I assume package was lost. I contacted shipper who advised I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller named on order confirmation "Certainow" & was advised I should contact the seller- they were the seller! I have requested refund from credit card company.

My daughter really loves these shoes. She’s worn them everyday now for a week and said they are really comfy. Even at recess and in gym class. The colors on the bottom are cute and the lights are fun. I like that they’re not the mesh or fabric material so they keep the water out. I’m sure eventually they will start cracking around the sides of the toes as all of her shippers do. But so far these are comfy and cute and she loves them.

Seriously, what's NOT to love about these hats?! They keep my head warm in the fall & winter; they keep the sun outta my face in the spring & summer. I have them in black and tan, and wear them with damn near EVERY thing. Oh, and I get compliments all the time. Just buy it!

Certainow. Dreadful, awful company to do business with. Purchased a pair of glasses from them (turned out to be 4x the price of exact same glasses on other sites including Temu, but that was my fault, silly me). However, after 4 months they fell apart. I told Certainow, requested either refund or replacement, as cost had been 16 USD. Their response… it will cost you a lot to return, how about we give you 2 USD and you keep the product?! I said this does not seem fair as the item cost far more than 2 USD, can you not send me replacement please? Their subsequent reply “will cost you a lot to return and is very uneconomical, how about we offer you 4 USD as compensation”?!!
I said that this sounded like a cheap market stall haggle, would they please be professional and refund or replace please? They replied “sorry, I have tried my best to compensate you, if the amount is too much it may cause trouble to my work” !!!
Incredible. Rubbish product. But I accept things break. However, disgraceful customer service. Well, to be precise, no customer service at all. Avoid this company at all costs or you will lose your money.
