I ordered and they tried charging me twice and two very different amounts. I should have cancelled then. But I was ordering something for my sister. It's last track to US was in January. The item which was a cross stitch sampler for her to do has never arrived. I contacted them three times and no response.

I ordered a hummingbird photo, three months later I got my order and it was a four leaf clover. I contacted their customer service and although I had proof of what I ordered and what was sent, they kept saying my order was correct, offered me 3.00, then 5.00, then 7.00 to make it right. Worst company ever. Scam!!!

Actually a huge 0. Should have looked up reviews prior to ordering. Thru state item delivered after several weeks and never received item. They also told me to check with my post office. Incidentally, they don’t deliver third party!!! Bad business!!!

I placed an order in August. They provided tracking information. Once it arrived in my state (2.5 weeks) there were no more updates and I did not receive my package. Customer service claimed they reached out and were waiting to hear back from the courier. I provided them a screenshot of a map showing it should take twenty minutes for delivery from the last update. I checked all local couriers with the tracking number, and none of them had my package. I then received a new tracking number and two weeks later I received my item. It was not the original product that I had ordered, but a cheap knockoff. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They confirmed with the warehouse that the item matched my order and offered a 10% refund. I told them it was too low. They responded that shipping back to China is expensive and would be on me, then offered $2 more.
Customer Service was polite, but for the price I paid (and the video description that drew me to it) I expected more of the product. Guess I'm lucky to have received "something" at all.

Would never use them!! When they didn't deliver after a month, I requested they cancel and refund. They refused, saying the goods had already been sent. They then lied to Paypal - telling them that the goods had been delivered when Paypal investigated a complaint I made. Keep away!!!

I'm sorry to say I'm another person who fell for this scam company. I received shipping updates and it said my package had been cleared by customs and was waiting to be dispatched, but after waiting two months for my item to arrive I reached out to customer service who told me the shipping company hadn't given them updated info and they'd look into it. I didn't hear back and had to follow up only to be told it didn't clear customs and a new item would be shipped out. I did some digging and the address the company has listed doesn't even exist. I've disputed the charge and will be taking any additional action necessary, but please don't purchase from them like I did.

Well, I got scammed just like many others. My son looked up their IP address and it’s in China. Fake shipping information, but when it lands in the USA, nothing else happens. Crickets. I emailed them several times and they did respond very politely, but said it takes a while for the shipping information to be available.
I just looked up their address……nonexistent.

I wish I had come here first! I ordered an item at the end of June. The tracking stated the package was in CT for 2 weeks before I contacted them notifying them that the package hadn’t been delivered and that I don’t live even remotely close to CT. They sent another tracking number, which I now believe is fake. It is mid-September and after threatening to open a claim with my credit card company they claim the package was delivered. They forwarded a picture of a tracking site that just shows “delivered” with no other information…no order number, no dates of shipment, not any of the tracking numbers they gave me, and it doesn’t show that anything was delivered to my address. If I could give them a zero I certainly would.

This company is a scam . Ordered a planner and for two months nothing ! Now they refuse to provide refund ! Their lame excuse of well it has been sent out ! Well no product but took money is a scam and fraud !
Be ware to all you will not receive anything for this company ! Have reported them for fraud !

Said it was coming from overseas, but once it "arrived" in the US, the tracking stopped in Mobile, AL. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would send another and still have not received anything.

Same experience as everyone else except they’re planter bots. Six weeks of fake updates and fake tracking only to be sent a fake notice of delivery. They have refused to refund, will be taking actions.

Going to dispute the charge with my credit card and report them to BBB.

Do not use. They will never send your item. They use AI generated customer support responses when asking to cancel or refund your order that take you in circles. They send fake transit update emails. Save your money and the headache. STEER CLEAR!!

Scam. You'll never receive item. Had to turn them in to paypal

UPDATE: sept 28 supposedly my order has been in Tuscaloosa since Sept 1. It could have walked itself to Austin since then.

Every time I email them for an update they respond with the most creative BS. My bank has ruled in my favor and returned my money, but now I just want to see these people out of business.

Still no product, and they refused several requests for a refund. Buyer beware.

If I had known that my items were in Finland and would take so long to even leave that country, I wouldn’t have ordered them. I’ve emailed a request for a refund. Let’s see how that goes.

It has been 6 weeks and I have not received my order. I keep getting shipping updates that have no actual information. I reached out and they said they reshipped it but still can't estimate when it arrived. I inquired again and got a somewhat rude email saying that they can't do anything else and that they share my anxiety. I'm not anxious, I just want my order. I think this company is 100% a scam.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ordered a crocheted doll for a friend. It's been 36 days since I ordered it, and it's still not here. Complete scam of a company. The "tracking" is even questionable. Just don't do it.

Buyer beware! If I could give a zero star rating I would. Ordered item over a month ago. received tracking ingo the whole way. I knew it was coming from overseas so I was patient. However, the last update was 12 days ago and nothing. I've contacted customer service 3 times with no response. Congrats on taking my money for nothing. Karma is due.

Ordered a little crocheted doll for my sister’s office warming. After checking their so called tracking service, it’s been over a month now and the item still hasn’t been delivered.. I contacted company and they claim another item will be shipped, but judging from ratings seen here I’m not holding my breath. Congrats pastimeamuse, you got twenty five dollars bucks out of me for nothing., I’m just lucky it wasn’t more. Chock it as a lesson learned and people please be careful about those little things being sold on social media sites. You know he ones. They may seem unique and enticing, but try more reputable places like Etsy, or even Amazon or EBay might have the same item. Better safe than sorry.

I ordered a windshield for my Harley. It was advertised at the ti.e to be 100% American made. It was shipped from Slovenia. I ordered on 5-11-25 and today (6-16-25), I still don't have it. I emailed the company last week and they were quick to give me the run around but today they haven't responded at all.
