Amazing service!
I searched the Internet high and low trying to find reviews on them but could find almost nothing except a few posts on Reddit, which i think is somehow affiliated with the them.
Anyway, their prices were really good and international shipping was cheap compared to other sites. I decided to bite the bullet and order - something i've never done without reading up on reviews.
Well, i'm glad i did!
I used the cheapest shipping option and the package never got to me. I couldn't track the shipment because tracking was limited for that shipping method. I waited almost 3 months for my package, all the while checking with my local post office and communicating with Ceretropic. They were extremely helpful but there wasn't much they could do to track the package since i opted for standard mail...so they offered to reship, at no cost, even though all i wanted was to know where my package was.
The shipping method said it would take an average of 6 weeks. I waited more than 2 months, again going back and forth between Ceretropic and the post office. The post office couldn't help because i had no tracking number and Cereropic couldn't do much since they shipped unregistered. All the while they were very professional in their communication with me. They, again, offered to send me another shipment, at no cost. I didn't even request it!
This time i wanted to go with a different shipping method, so i asked them if they could ship expedited, and if i could pay only the difference - meaning i would pay the expedited mail fee minus what i had already paid for the standard mail shipment... and they said "We can absolutely do that for you. I can make sure your order is shipped out using UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping for you. Just let us know when you are all set". Just amazing customer service! They asked me to provide them my credit card info but for some reason they couldn't withdraw the amount for the shipping. So they said they would send it to me expedited...at no cost! They didn't even ask me to resend the credit card details or anything. First email i got after giving them my card detail was that they tried to charge my card but it wasn't going though, so they decided to send it to me at no cost! You just cant get better service than that!
6 days later, i get my package.
The only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because, although they were extremely helpful, super professional and friendly...they took a long time to reply. I would wait an average of 4 days for a reply, sometimes a week, and probably would have been more on some instances had i not sent a follow up email. If they could only take care of that point, they would definitely be a website with one of the best customer service online.
Oh yeah...and the package was just like expected.
