I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex Pekar from Centric Fiber, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond. My issue started with emails being stuck in spam, and not only did Alex take the time to carefully explain the process to me, he also escalated the situation right away.

What really stood out is that without me even asking he asked the right questions that completely changed my experience. I was actually planning to switch providers because I felt the service was slow, but Alex identified the problem, improved my speed at no extra cost, and made sure I felt taken care of.

Because of his patience, knowledge, and professionalism, I decided to stay with Centric Fiber. Alex is a fantastic representation of the company and a true example of excellent customer service!

STAY AWAY FROM CENTRIC FIBER!!! They have outages about once a week and they are very difficult to get a hold of….its as if they don’t want to hear from you but they sure do want your money. I’ve had them for 2 years in Texas and they are by far the worst internet company I’ve ever dealt with. If you want spotty internet then go with Centric. They are the worst.

I could have given him 10 stars if it were possible. He understood our issues, and had us setup promptly. Very skilled and checked things out thoroughly. He took time to help us through the app and set up everything appropriately. Such a wonderful experience - the best we have had!!!! Thank you so much Carl!

Thao came in and installed our wifi super fast. He was very helpful and informational. Speeds are 975 mbps and loads super quick. We get good connection throughout the house and everything. So far so good!

Jonathan did an amazing job. He walked me through how to set up the WiFi properly which made it a breeze. The WiFi is now working perfectly no slow downs or interruptions. No complaints here.

She was plesant Pataint friendly voice, and knowledgeable And allowed me to end up figure it out even though I know she was ready to jump in if needed. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Great listener

Mackenzie was very knowledgeable and more importantly friendly to help us setup both for fiber AND gas! What a wonderful experience considering the stresses of a move. We have never met such a diligent and kind customer rep for utilities !

Mckenzie and Jesse and Alexia, and Ryan was Awesome in getting our services done, we are up and running, YAY to Centric, for internet and the gas service.

McKenzie made the experience fast and easy to understand. She helped me understand the entire process from start to finish. It was extremely helpful especially since I am new customer. She is great. When I called centric fiber to cancel my Internet due to moving out of state, Makenzie went above and beyond and assisted me with checking my Centric natural gas account as well. I understand it’s the same company, but her checking with the other department showed her willingness to assist Centric customers. Unfortunately other companies I called today or not as helpful. With Makenzie’s extra willingness to help, it made my day a lot easier. I sincerely appreciate it.

As soon as you purchase a plan with Ryan, he doesn't reply or answer calls to help. He asks for you to give him good reviews and once you do, he stops helping completely.

Had some speed/ connections issue, Thao from Centric came, he was awesome, top notch customer service, he fixed the issues and my network works great now. Thank You Thao🙏

Jonathan was professional and very well spoken. He was helpful and answered all of my questions patiently and with good information. Mainly because of how easy it was to set up my account with his help, I definitely see myself recommending this service to others.
