I chose this service partly because of the advertised $200 gift card promotion. After starting service, I never received it. I’ve reached out several times by phone and email and have not received any clear answers or resolution—just repeated statements that it’s being looked into. Communication and follow-through have been extremely lacking.

I can’t get the TV to work on my television. It kept saying the Centric TV app will be down loaded soon. Nothing happened. I tried in my phone and the app opened and asked my username. I used the username from the email but it says wrong credentials

I had a pretty solid connection for 6 months in Florida. I do cloud backups nightly so gigabit uploads was nice. However, customer service is ABYSMAL. I had a minor issue with the Calix gateway about 2 months in, which I contacted them several times via email to fix, but didn't get a reply back. Forget using their CONTACT US online web form. It gives NO email reply back as proof that you submitted anything. Then when I moved, I called them, recording the call, to have my service cancelled which they agreed to do. After they charged me again, I sent 2 emails a few weeks apart. No surprise, no one contacted me back. Now I have to go through my credit card company to fix Centric's very poor customer service.

Just had Jesse Perez come by our house to install the extender box, and he was very kind and explained the process. He was fast at getting eveeything set up and kind to my son who was following him around! I would recommend centric and Jesse for internet!
Renee was fantastic! She had simple answers to all my questions. She explained the entire process. Renee also helped set up the start date which will be after closing. Additionally, she not only got me through the initial payment, but went the extra mile and helped with the recurring payment. One stop shopping, now that is my style and thankful for people like Renee

Absolutely TRASH Internet Service, Zero customer service support, not a big enough company to be staffed enough to answer phones or return calls. Sending customers WIFI Hotspots that are registered to other accounts is Bullshit. Just started service with this company and already unsatisfied, going to be switching either back to Spectrum or go to AT&T. The App is absolutely garbage as well as the scan QR function cannot auto-zoom on a tiny ass QR code that is printed on products. Product Model numbers printed on hardware installed to New Home construction is not an option in your system. Just signed up on the 18 & think this whole experience is Absolute TRASH.

I only use Centric fiber because that is the only option in my area. The website is not user friendly, unable to make simple changes to payment methods. Internet is slow with frequent outages.

I have never had more issues with my internet then the 6 months i have been with Centric Fiber. We have experienced consist network outages and nothing has been done by Centric to fix it. If I was able to pick another ISP I would.

I signed up because they promised the first three months for $1 and said there would be no extra charges. But I was still charged $80. Before the service started, they were calling and texting me every day. After the charge happened, no one responded. There is no support on weekends, and it is very hard to reach anyone once the account is created. This experience was very disappointing.
