Excellent admin support team who have made the process of ordering and getting my new EV business lease car a doddle. They are always really responsive - or in fact quite proactive, in giving me status updates on the shipping and delivery of my vehicle, paperwork, registration etc. In particular Keith in the sales team was very impressive and subsequently Josh Jeffries has been highly helpful with getting me a letter to enable me to park the vehicle turned around within hours of my enquiry. Based on this experience I would highly recommend them as a car dealer - the service is more than I would expect for their relatively low admin fee.
