I was unsure which product to buy so I telephoned CentralCrafts and spoke a very helpful young lady. When I received the product it was exactly what I wanted. The product was a leather photo album. It is very well made and looks like it should cost a lot more than I paid for it. Very pleased with both the service and product and would most definitely use CentealCrafts again.

The product I ordered was very high quality and was delivered very quickly. Would use them again without hesitation.

The product was as described and illustrated. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I am delighted with my purchase.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with the delivery company and my item was damaged. This was no fault of CentralCrafts but they still sent a replacement product out which arrived the next day! Their customer service team was extremely helpful and their response time was the quickest I have ever received from a company.

I am extremely happy with the product sent (an engraved leather bound photo album) and it made a lovely gift for my boyfriend's birthday.

I would highly recommend CentralCrafts!

Started off so well, great looking product. After ordering my email stated out of stock, not ideal. Then calling to ask if this was the case and that needed for in a week, rude and unhelpful whilst suggesting my enquiry was erratic behavior.

God knows when I'll get my refund.

We've gotten high end albums for me (I do old-fashioned print, glue, comment albums) at a local luxury store. I chose to go online this time rather than wait for Christmas. This was the only site that had an equally large, leather-bound, beautiful album. Thank you, thank you!

The album I ordered was Italian brown calf's leather in an envelope style. It is beautiful to see, touch and smell. I ordered it to make a lasting momento of my recently departed dog and was able to get his name and dates embossed. The pages are thick and luxurious with good quality protective sheets between. The delivery was incredibly fast, especially as it was personalised. It was well packed and came in a protective cotton bag. Cannot fault the service, product or price (considering the quality). Thank you, I now have something to treasure always.
