The product was exactly as described and it's fun using it as a stencil. As with many FB offerings, they tried to add on a 'tax' after I completed my purchase and agreed to a specific total. They were very good about refunding that 'tax' after I complained about it. I appreciate how quickly they did it and I paid only what I agreed to pay at checkout.

Took a while to arrive and smaller than expected. Came in lovely little cardboard box. Haven’t used the ruler yet.

Received the wrong package. Outside of book looks like the 75 soft challenge which is supposed to be with regards to physical fitness, reading, drinking water. Inside of this book had cleaning organization. And only 72 pages

If I realised would not have bought on your site…Total cost £27.36 could have bought on Amazon for £10.00 to £12.00 with free postage

This site provides high priced junk....eventually.
Waited ages for delivery. When I finally received the item it was not as advertised, poor quality and worth pence not pounds.
It's a pity we can't award less than one star, which is where this company would stand.

Don't! Keep your money and do not give it to these unethical, scammers, fraudsters and criminals. One month ago I placed an order, coming from Portugal. Asked for a refund, new package coming from China. ZERO STARS!!!!!

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Placed an order and requested a cancellation and refund within 5 minutes. This company has refused to provide me with a cancellation and refund and now are claiming that they sent out the order which there is no evidence of this. I have submitted a charge back through my bank. Also please note the majority of their photos and products are stolen from authentic businesses this company are Asian SCAMMERS

The figurine is great 👍 very happy but I received the wrong color , I ordered black and got gold but I painted it and came out fine , she sits on my shelf perfectly.

The package was insured, yet it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number indicates that it is in Munich (Germany)—so, theoretically, it is almost there. This status has remained unchanged for a month. When I inquired, I was initially told that logistics can sometimes take time. Later, the shop claimed they were no longer responsible, alleging that the package had been delivered in America with a delivery date in late May. They continue to stonewall further inquiries and refuse to help.
The waiting period has now reached two months.

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered decals for graduation. When I inquired on status of order, I received two different tracking numbers with different ship dates. I was told my order was delivered over two months after ordering and told to reach out to USPS. I did not receive the items and USPS said they cannot use their tracking number to confirm delivery. DO NOT BUY from this company, total scam!

The bracelet is beautiful but it didn’t come in the lovely presentation box it was shown with so the bracelet is meaningless because the explanation isn’t there
