Very bad
Very bad, ordered salt and still haven’t received anything in over a week. Attempted to contact customer service about this and was told it will arrive the next day. I’m still waiting on the delivery.

Professional service but after…
Professional service but after finishing job - tank should have filled after half an hour and pressure be back. It wasn't still back till next morning. When I called for assistance - service visit was scheduled in 3 weeks' time (between my working from office and annual leave). Engineer did not have a cover for his shoes and was walking round my bright carpets in his outdoor safety shoes - luckily it was dry. But not professional

Customer service
Mr D called and it took all of 14 minutes to service the unit and the only thing that needed changing was the infra red tube so I think it’s a bit of a money making racket to put a year timer on it .also I am sorry to say that your rep has a body odour issue that needs addressing by HR and it was the same the last 2 times he came. Mr D is also is a bit grumpy and not a good rep for culligan overall
Well you did suggest I be honest so I am!

The engineer arrived unannounced
The engineer arrived unannounced, nobody contacted either my Husband or I to say he was calling. My husband asked the guy to move his van when he arrived as it was blocking a neighbours drive to which he replied he would do when he was leaving, mentioned something about no diesel... my husband was very annoyed with the guy and his attitude

I feel the water does taste the same as…
I feel the water does taste the same as when gulp were managing the water. Also charge for the call out when i pay maintenance all year round. This never happen with gulp
