Everything just went very well and very easy. They were on time, worked quick and clean and payment was taken over the phone straight away. Nice to know they’ll ring me to remind me a service is due in 12 months time. All hassle free

The delivery were sent with a quote of 2kgs per bag but the product themselves are weighing more than that and the problem that this caused was the dpd drivers did not want to deliver and actually did not.
I had to drive down to dpd and collect it.

Water filter service is quite costly approx 200 euro. It's just filter change only most of times.

Placed order on Monday, delivery was guaranteed in 48 hours, nothing arrived on Friday, and I suposed to chase my order.
