Very good but a long time after ordering to arrive

I was so impressed with the customer service as I was initially apprehensive as I had not used this company before . But the phone arrived when advised and contact was made easily when the particular iPhone was out of stock. Would definitely use the company again

They were very professional to deal with. Emailed me the morning after placing my order stating there was sadly some delays but if I can wait I’ll have by the end of the week and I did. They offered me money back if was too late for me.
When the phone was as described being pristine. Came in the box and with charger, like new.

Fast, efficient service, the ipad screen is now repaired and works just fine.Thanks

The collection service was spot on but the amount offered was not what was quoted and the payment slow, all paid in the end but could have been smoother.

Very Happy, I was looking to buy iPhone XR for my daughters and I went through many companies, but found prices from Cellcrazy very reasonable, just to ensure quality and colours I needed I rang them and they answered all my questions, Finally I ordered 2 phones for both my daughters, both phones arrived after 2 days and they are pristine as described and with box and new charger. Very happy with the service provided I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I was extremely patient with these guys, I was lied to multiple throughout 8 days of phone calls. They love to beat around the bush. My review wouldn't be so negative if they'd been honest, but they just weren't.

I placed an order with Cell Crazy for a Samsung S10e on the 11th Nov 2019. 2 days later, I still hadn't recieved any delivery confirmation so I decided to phone up. Here's what happened throughout my 8 days of ringing them up:

Day 1: I was told the order process was stuck and that it'd be delievered tomorrow

Day 2: I was told the order process confirmation had finished and I'd get an email, then the phone would come tomorrow

Day 3: I was told the phone was actually out of stock, and they're getting stocked tomorrow and it will be delievered tomorrow

Day 4: I was told that the phone had only just arrived and the engineers are fixing it, it will be sent out tomorrow

Day 5: I was told that the engineers are still fixing it and that it'll be sent out tomorrow

Day 6: They were closed on Sundays

Day 7: I was told one of their employees are sending the package out today and that it should be with me by tomorrow

Day 8: They told me their staff was about to send it off and that I'd get a phone call in 10 minutes. I didn't get a call so I rang them back. I was then told that they were out of stock all along, and had only just recieved the phone and that the engineers think that the screen needs to be replaced. They said that it would take up to 2 days. They eventually suggested a full refund. Meanwhile, I checked on their site for the phone and it had risen from £399 to £430! I wasn't re-imbursed for my wasted time, so I thought I'd write this review to warn everyone of this company's dodgy communications.

This phone was for my mother's birthday, which wasn't until a week later. Ample time to be able to order a gift without waiting too long. Apparently not if you're ordering from Cell Crazy. I don't know why they wern't just honest with me from the start. This has been a complete waste of everyone's time.

Absolutely amazed at the service provided by these guys, I ordered an iPhone X for my daughter (I have normally used other companies but have been let down) the price was THE BEST! For the same price I could only find damaged phones that’s how amazing the price was, I was a tad concerned that I couldn’t choose a grade but I needn’t had been the phone is like brand new literally I am over the moon I even got the original box and the original little Manuel thing from apple plus charger and a free case. They posted it with Royal Mail guaranteed next day 1pm delivery and replied to me within 1 minute when I contacted them. I would give them 100 stars if I could I am still shocked at how awesome this company is will definitely be buying another one next week for my other daughter, thanks cell crazy
