Beware of being scammed. They will actually sell you something they don’t have, take your money and then ghost you.. I’ve never felt more disrespected in all my life. I wish I would have checked their reviews before dealing with them. I’m way too trusting. Can’t fool me twice though.
Avoid. Never shipped the item, never replied to my email, refunded a month after transaction after long pressing in email.
The items were fine, however, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I had a question about my order and they never responded. Another time I asked for help selecting an item and again no response. If you send an inquiry they respond by saying that someone from their incredible customer support team will respond but I call BS as that is false. I do not recommend buying here as the prices for toys isn’t exactly cheap and I would expect better customer support.
