The item I received looked nothing like the photos—completely misleading. When I asked for a return, they refused to cover shipping, even though it was their fault. Poor quality, poor service. I won’t be buying from Celina The Label again.

this brand is awful

this brand is awful. they are advertising different items on their website then what you will actually receive. literally below shein quality clothing that they upmark and then “discount” on their website so it looks like you’re getting a good deal but you pay $80 for a dress that’s worth $12 on shein. they don’t have good customer service either and don’t care that they are completely ripping people off. save your money and don’t buy from them!

Totally disappointed

I ordered the flowery sandals that were advertised on tic toc and OMG what arrived 5 weeks later are an absolute joke they are nothing like the ones advertised in fact they look like orthopedic shoes the holes for the buckles don't even match up and the sizing is unbelievable I ordered size 3 and I could live in them I am totally disappointed and apparently I can't get a refund but I will be taking this matter further.

Product (floral sandals) are NOTHING like the photos - pretty sure the photos are ripped from Dr Martens. Shoes that arrived are laughable honestly they’re like orthopaedic shoes. Stitching is terrible, materials are not comparable in any way and even the sizing is completely different. Going through my banking and reporting them every way I can. They said I can’t refund as they were on sale - goes against consumer laws so I will be getting my refund

I’ve had a similar experience to others…

I’ve had a similar experience to others on here. The returns policy means there’s no point returning it as it will cost a fortune to return to china. Even though on the package the return address was a uk address. The business model is built on deceiving people to think it’s European based business and then knowing they won’t bother to send back as it costs too much to return. Very disappointing.

The actual quality of the dresses were ok, although one clearly wasn’t true to size as it was far too big at the top. Definitely don’t order from here, not worth the hassle and you’ll be out of pocket.

I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered… many have only been put up on here in the last few weeks though.

I needed a maternity dress for my students ball… I ordered two, one is completely see through, the other is a different colour, no pleating and the fabric is like a swim suit. So a fake of the picture. Both smell absolutely horrible, like chemicals! And they think it’s ok sending that to a pregnant woman! I could cry, because I wasted money I could have spent on my baby.

The refund policy is a scam, at least 50€ to send it back to a Chinese warehouse, and who knows if they will then refund you the rest, probably not. I’m out 140€ now .. 190€ if I risk sending it back!

I feel so pathetic, that I got scammed. They are getting better and better at making websites look like they are European companies etc. and then send you crap you could buy on Temu and so on.

So upsetting!

DO NOT BUY! If you don’t want to pay 75 dollars for returning it to China. I ordered a dress for my best friends wedding. It took some time to get it and and now I know why, it’s sent from a warehouse in china and when trying to return it which is really difficult and not in line with EU regulation, you’re asked to send it to china at your own cost and at your own risk… ⚠️

Don’t buy anything from Celina

It was a huge mistake to order Rosie maternity dress. What you see on the website it is not what you are going to get. The dress is made from very cheap fabric, there is no a train and it to short even for me, and I am 158cm! Very disappointed and have to pay 29-35$ to return this awful product

Dress ordered was nothing like the dress online. I ordered their blue pleated maternity dress and the fabric was cheap, thin and flimsy it could have been bought off shein. The dress looked nothing like the photos online. I can now tell that they are stolen and copied from another site. The returns policy is a joke and I want a full refund. I’m submitting a claim to my bank ASAP for a refund for false advertising if they do not refund my $80. I don’t care what your policy is, this is unacceptable.

I ordered a dress for a wedding that took a month to come and came after the wedding. The returns policy is a joke, requiring the cost of the shipping return to be paid for by the customer to a warehouse in China meaning there’s no point returning it. Also saw the exact same dress / model pictures on shein for 1/5 of the price.

DO NOT BUY I bought three dresses online they took ages to come and when they did finally arrive they looked nothing like the dresses on the website the fabric was poor quality! When I requested a return I was told I need to take pictures of each individual dress front AND back email them pictures and then take the dresses to the post office and pay for the parcel to be shipped back to China !!! It cost me over £20 not only that but when I finally received my refund they had also deducted export taxes from my refund again over £20 so I ended up spending over £40 on dresses I didn’t even want !!!! Absolute terrible AVOID

This place is a SCAM, but don’t let them get away with it!

It’s clear from the recent ratings that this place has sent people items that are materially different than as shown on their website, and has predatory (and insane) return practices. After a lot of back and forth, the best they offered was a 50% refund without sending the item back, and I’ve decided to proceed with filing a chargeback with my credit card company. If you received a materially different item as well, remember that you have the ability to do the same if you can take a photo and show that it is not the same as the item ordered.

Here is one of my communications with this company, in case it helps someone in a similar spot.

I am writing to formally reject your proposed “partial refund” and demand a full refund to my original payment method, as I have been sent an item that is materially different from what was advertised on your website.

Under both U.S. consumer protection laws and basic principles of contract law, what you are engaging in is a textbook case of false advertising and potentially consumer fraud. You misrepresented your product, and what I received is not only a mischaracterized item but is also unfit for its intended purpose.

The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S. Code § 45) prohibits “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.” Misrepresenting products on your website constitutes a deceptive practice.

The Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S. Code § 1666) grants me the right to dispute charges for goods that were not delivered as agreed.

In many jurisdictions, shipping a substantially different item than what was ordered is considered a breach of contract, which voids your “return policy.”

Please provide an official written response to the following:

Do you believe the item shown in the photo I provided matches the item displayed on your website at the time of purchase?

Are you familiar with the legal definition of fraud as it pertains to e-commerce sales?

Your current offer—a partial refund or a gift card—is both unacceptable and legally insufficient. Additionally, demanding $75 for a return label and imposing a “restocking fee” for returning a fraudulent item is exploitative and would not hold up under scrutiny by a payment processor, credit card company, or regulatory body.

If I do not receive confirmation of a full refund within 72 hours, I will be initiating a formal dispute with my credit card provider, including full documentation of your deceptive conduct and refusal to offer a lawful remedy.

Please confirm by return email that you will be issuing a full refund and that no return of the fraudulent item is required.
