I ordered 2 different bras and one of them was not the right fit.

I am truly impressed with your Customer Support and was totally expecting to have to ship the bra that doesn't fit back to you, but I didn't have to.

I just got my replacement bra and it fits great! I donated the bra that didn't fit to another female that deserves it.

Emily from Support was efficient and it was such a pleasant experience working with her.

I mentioned to my husband that at the end of the day, I'm no longer feeling like I have to take my bra off. l will be ordering more. Thank you.

Your return policy is amazing! I love, love, love the replacement bra...this is what I was looking for. The bra will replace my sports bras because it's so comfortable and supportive

Terrible returns policy. I ordered one bra, which didn’t fit so requested a refund. I was then convinced by the customs service rep to try the next size up free of charge, which sounded okay at the time, however the second one was also not a good fit for me. When I asked to return both bras (at my cost) I was told that too much time had elapsed since my first order and wouldn’t qualify for a refund. Annoyingly the main cause of the time lag was their slow responses and postal of the second bra. So I now have two bras that don’t fit and I’m over £30 out of pocket. I’m really disappointed by this as I wanted to support a smaller business, but I’ll be going back to M&S!

Five stars for comfort! In fact, easily the most comfortable bra I have ever worn! It provides good support and smooths the back. It's also sleek and doesn't show under clothes. I'm not sure how long these bras will look good for though. I wore a metallic top which transferred colour to the bra; not the first time I'd worn the top, so I was surprised. It wouldn't be an issue except the stain didn't come out after first wash. I have applied stain remover and will let it sit overnight. If the stain comes out, I'll come back with another star. If not, I'll have to rethink buying more.

I wanted to go wire free but hadn’t had much luck in finding a good fit with the support that I need.
Julie talked me through measurements and fit over several emails and I have now found a soft and comfortable bra with moulded cups.
Definitely have a chat with them if you want to banish painful underwires.
Orders arrive in good time and follow up communication is excellent if you need help.

Bra I choose to keep is comfy but needed to return the others I'd bought that didnt't fit as well. They charge returns based on the number of items you are sending back (?!) and couldn't tell me why. So I had to pay nearly £13 returns for 3 bras which is ridiculous and no one could explain the reason why this was so expensive or priced that way. Return costs are not clear on the website as well (deliberately so). Doesn't matter how comfy the bras are, the returns process needs to be better.

In response to your reply, I’m not disputing that I’ll be refunded. I’m saying that the process and cost to do so is not customer friendly and I still haven’t had it explained why it’s so expensive to return and based on the number of items

These bras are amazing, so comfortable, one major thing I love, they done slip off your shoulders, I used to constantly be pulling the straps up, not these, they stay put all day. I have an issue and contacted customer service and they resolved my issue straight away, cannot fault them, I will be buying more

The first time I wore this bra I absolutely love it! So comfortable and yes you forget you’re wearing a bra. Ordering and delivery of the bra was excellent

Purchased 2 bras, not the cheapest, but was happy to as needed better fitting, comfortable bras.
On reciept they did not fit correctly, I reported this, and requested the next size up. I was asked how they didn't fit and they recommended that a different style might solve the problem, rather than up sizing. They would be sent out and no need to return the originals... all for free! What a fantastic company, I was so pleased. They recommended to gift the non fitting bras, which I did so, as my 2 new bras were being shipped to me.
New bras arrived and they still caused the same problem. So I contacted the original helpful agent, asking if I could just have the next size up as I originally asked as the style change didn't make a difference.
Well, who would have thought Id be told I CANNOT return or exchange. But I can buy 2 more bras for a discounted price....! Well thats not helpful, as what happens if the next ones dont fit and if they do, I've spent nearly £70 on two bras.
So I messaged to ask if I had misunderstood, as they cant possibly be refusing me to return non fitting items and only suggest I pay more money.
No, they confirmed they meant how I understood!
Obviously, I expressed my unhappiness with this. The latest I have been told is they will allow a refund if I return the bras... but they are going to take nearly £20 off my refund ( so about 50% of what I paid ) for shipping back.....!!
We are talking about shipping some bras, how does that even exceed £5 MAXIMUM!!! But I cannot even do that as I don't have 2 of these bras because they told me to gift them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A COMFORTABLE AND SUPPORTIVE BRA, STICK WITH MARKS AND SPENCER.

My first order was too small after reaching out to customer service Chloe was amazing I received an email discussing my options as to how they could help. Looks like I needed a totally different style she took care of everything. I’m writing this before I even get the product because I will give kudos to her professionalism during my return hassle I hope the bras are just as good !!! Thank you

I ordered a set of 3 pairs of size M bras but only received 2 pairs.
I had the great pleasure of corresponding with Olivia regarding the missing bra. It took a bit of back and forth but at all times Olivia was very professional and comforting in her interactions with me. My 5 star score is for Olivia and Celeste D'or Curve for managing to turn things around and made it a positive experience in the end. I am happy with their products and will order some more in the future.

I am actually floored by how good this bra is.
I'm 62 years old and usually a G cup, so I was very sceptical at the thought of no wires, but OMG how wrong i was. The girls sit where they always used to sit and aren't screaming for freedom at the end of the day, due to discomfort. This is the first time since I was about 13 I am comfortable in a bra all day and not waiting to rip it off the minute I walk through the door at the end of the day.
I finally found my dream bra. I'm just annoyed with myself that I procrastinated so long before buying the dam thing!
Most comfortable bra ever, ordering was simple, excellent value for money and great customer service. What more could I have asked?

Poor customer service, the bras fabric got damaged after the first wash( had the bras for less than a month). Customer service took more than two weeks to respond to my complaint the. Advised that a refund or exchange is not possible due to being out of return window. Will not buy again, very dissatisfied

Very sceptical at first with purchasing through an unknown online company but impressed with the service. I ordered two different versions , Bras are comfortable but one did not fit well and not flattering at all and so asked to return. Chloe emailed me within the day and with my acceptance organised a replacement of the bra style I was keeping . Thank you

Amazing customer service. The first size I had ordered was a tiny bit small on the cups and following the contact methods on the companies website I was able to reach a personalized bra fitting specialist who sent me out a size bigger and let me keep the first two bras I purchased without returning them no fees, no charges. It’s great to know that they were willing to make it right.

Have worn the deep v bra in multiple colours for over 12 months, very comfortable and wash well, i ordered the strapless in my normal size but unfortunately this didn't fit, requested return for refund they promptly replied offering replacement in whichever bra I wanted with no need to return the strapless, excellent customer service as usual would highly recommend Celeste D Or
