First class customer service
I found the bra I ordered really comfortable and it gave good lift and shape however I feel I should have ordered a size smaller. The company have discussed sizing with me and are sending a replacement bra. They really do want you to have the best experience and I am very impressed with Customer Services. I would 100% recommend this style of bra and this company.

It was hard not to have very high…
It was hard not to have very high expectations after all the hype in the advertising. And on the most part I get it. The bra’s are very supportive and comfortable.
I find the latex a bit itchy though - particularly at the fastening points.
And because the latex fixes to your skin at the and of them day it can feel like I’m pulling off a wetsuit. I also sent an email to the company mentioning my first impressions and got no reply. Which was very disappointing when the initial pitches all feel so personal.

After purchasing two bras and being unsure if the size was quite tight after wearing one I contact the customer service team.
Grace has been so helpful with advice in fit and a new style to try. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The original product I ordered was exceptionally comfortable compared to previous wired bras so look forward to receiving my new recommend style which will have all the comfort and a perfect fit.

Returns are impossible
Trying to process a return is the most oddest experience where they barter to do anything to stop you returning the item. Option 1 keep and exchange for different size, option 2 keep and have a 30% refund and option 3 return after they deduct £9.95 and you pay shipping. As I did not find the bras particularly comfortable or flattering I simply wanted to return and have my payment refunded, no where on their returns policy does it state an immediate penalty of £9.95, since asking for that option I have been ghosted. Maybe leaving this review will prompt a response.
Your response is not factually correct. I’ve emailed you numerous times explicitly asking for your address or returns label. I have been waiting for this information and your response since Friday, you now coincidentally email me after this review is live, not with the information requested but again to offer an exchange.

I’ve tried many wireless bras and the Celeste D’or Curve Plus bras are the best! This is the only bra that holds me up & separates my boobs! All the others are too flimsy and creates a uniboob!

Mailing labels seem to be non existent even after paying the return postage fee
I ordered multiple bras as some did not fit and have requested to return 2 of them, I have paid for the return postage and am still waiting for the mailing labels to be emailed to me. I have again requested for the two mailing labels to be emailed and am still waiting. Extremely slow in responding and extremely frustrating that something I have paid for is not being provided to me.

We do want to clarify that we process the refund first, before asking customers to send their items back. We do this specifically so you are not left waiting for your money while the return arrangements are being completed.
Your return labels are issued separately by email, which is why they do not necessarily arrive at the same time as the refund confirmation. Any delay in receiving the labels will not delay or affect the refund that has already been arranged.
We appreciate your patience while the return labels are sent through.

What can I say…..brilliant
What can I say? Literally, nothing bad. My original order wasn’t quite perfect and, after getting in touch with the team, I worked with Grace who was simply brilliant. Nothing was too much, the customer service was way beyond expectations and I now have a new style on its way to me. Grace was thorough in her questions as she wanted to ensure I had the right style/fit and throughout the interactions, used her knowledge to help me pick a different style. I cannot fault anything with this company, I really, 100%, would recommend them.

Great customer care
Product wise the quality is excellent and the customer service too. I had to exchange something because the first order was a little bit small but the customer service team were excellent at sorting out my problem and even giving me a hand as to what product would fit me.

I never received my order. They use GOFO for deliveries. GOFO threw the package over our fence and sent me a photo of it in the weeds. It was gone by the time I got home. We have a circle drive and a large covered porch visible from the road that is more secure. Celeste has made me jump through hoops but still no refund or replacement. Terrible company. I give them a zero.
I just received a response from Celeste d’or telling how vigilant they have been in resolving my issue with delivery. I placed my order on September 4 and the delivery took place on September 16 but was gone by the time I got home . It is now October 5th and I have sent photos and done verifications. But, they’re still “investigating “. Their issue is with GOFO, not me. Just give me a refund or send my order with a better delivery service or better instructions. Had I known they used GOFO, I wouldn’t have ordered from Celeste.

The courier marked your order as delivered, and we also provided you with the Proof of Delivery supplied by the courier. You subsequently confirmed that the property shown in that delivery evidence is your home and that the photograph shows your package at the property.
When you advised us that the parcel was no longer there when you arrived home, our team continued investigating rather than closing the matter. We requested the information required for the courier investigation, escalated the case to our warehouse team, and most recently forwarded the photograph you provided of your property so that it could be compared with the courier’s delivery evidence.
We appreciate that you disagree with where GOFO chose to leave the parcel, and we have included those concerns in the investigation. However, it would not be accurate to suggest that we have simply refused to assist with a refund or replacement. Your case remains under investigation, and our team has continued communicating with you and working to establish what happened before determining the appropriate resolution.

Brilliant Company
I have placed two orders from this company in the past few months and have only good things to say. The ordering process is easy, delivery is swift and efficient, communication throughout is clear and informative, and the products themselves are fantastic - really great quality and so unbelievably comfortable!! They are well priced for what you get and even come with a waistband extender... Truly the thought that counts! On inspecting my second order I noticed one of my items ordered had a small dirty stain. It was extremely easy to get in touch with the company, and Coleen was quick in rectifying the issue for me with a replacement item at no extra cost. What a fantastic company, I wish you all the best in your endeavours!

Excellent customer service from Olivia at Celeste D’or Curve. I was pleased with the feel and quality of the bras, but the original style didn’t provide enough room in the cups. Olivia was helpful and understanding, arranging two replacement bras in a different style at no extra cost, without requiring me to return the originals.

Ok but not the lift I was hoping for
The bras appear to give reasonable support and are comfortable. I would say though that the bras supplied are padded to create support, I'm unconvinced that the 'jelly' element creates any lift or shaping. Its my experience that the padding flattens the bust which may create a smooth shape under t shirts but looks squashed and less lifted than other non wired bras I own.
