1 star is a lot. they send faulty items and dont follow their return policies. also worst customer support i have ever experienced . Based in the response below- how can one do an assessment if they are unwilling to accept a return and look at the item? Giving you a bunch of instructions to do such as handwashing and stretching out the bra when damp are instructions they need to list on the website under product. If i had read this before my purchase, i wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. They claim to be helpful but they’re not and there are many other brands out there that would be willing to accept a return if a customer is so dissatisfied especially when i had bought 2 bras and 1 is untouched (there is a reason for that!) It is impossible to know whether it is a manufacturing defect or not without looking at the item and the customer service team failed to do that. I highly recommend you try elsewhere. There are plenty of wire free options out there without needing to go through all of this. Dont waste your time/ money.

Your original concerns related to the sizing of the bras and the padding shifting after washing. While we understand your dissatisfaction, this does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect, and further assessment is necessary before such a conclusion can be made.
Throughout our correspondence, our customer service team has provided several solutions, including a replacement under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, a return and refund for the eligible unworn bra, and alternative products based on your preferences.
In August, we discussed two possible arrangements and requested your final confirmation on which you preferred. When you contacted us again in October, your order was already outside our standard 30-day return period.
Despite this, we continued working with you and made further exceptions to our usual policy, including offering a partial refund or allowing a return of the eligible unworn item with a reduced deduction. We have also provided guidance regarding the padding concern and offered to review it further.
Our team has remained responsive to your concerns and has continued providing options, including beyond our standard return timeframe. We stand by our commitment to treating customers fairly while following our established policies.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Scalloped Deep V Wireless jelly bra. It is the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. The fit is amazing and creates a beautiful shape even with my small bust. I am now able to wear fitted tops as I’m no longer self-conscious about my poor-fitting bra. I have purchased 2 of these bras and look forward to purchasing different styles in the future, especially as they’re well priced. I’m never going to wear another brand!

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I ordered two bras and they did not fit properly. I reached out and the customer service representative encouraged me to keep them and she would send out a replacement according to their perfect fit guarantee. She said that if I returned them, it would take longer and they would also charge for a fee to return them. So I went with a replacement. When I received the replacements that the customer service representative suggested, they also did not fit, were uncomfortable and looked extremely large and not flattering at all. When I reached back out just to return all four bras they told me that unfortunately there are no more returns or refunds. So I am stuck with four bras that don’t fit and are not attractive. It is not stated in their return policy that it is one and done so I would be very cautious in purchasing from this company as I feel most legitimate companies will refund you if you are not happy with their products. I have found much luck with SKIMS and even Victoria’s Secret, and other major high-end department stores as the bras are high-quality, beautiful, and they have a great return policy.
And this is their response… offering no solutions for the customer despite their unclear description of the perfect fit guarantee. If the bras don’t fit, or you don’t like them, the only guarantee is that you will lose out on the money you spent for them I am definitely never buying from them again…

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Contact delay in answering my request for a refund as the strapless bra did not fit and then total radio silence and my emails not replied too. No wonder, if you look on Vinted the number of their bras for sale, still with labels attached, are probably customers with the same issue. I would avoid at all cost, as I am out of pocket, with a bra that does not fit and I had used their sizing guide as reference.
I am totally amazed at how quickly they have responded to this review. Which is not the experience I had when requesting a refund and the reason why I thought Paypal might be able to assist in my efforts. To clarify I have not received a refund and if paused, then why has it not now been reinstated. I am happy to update my post if the matter ever gets resolved which I have tried to do since 13th September with no avail.

We'd like to clarify the steps our team took to assist you with Order #142985.
When you contacted us about the strapless bra being too small, we reviewed your sizing information and offered a different style entirely free of charge under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, with no need to return the original bra.
When you confirmed that you preferred a refund, our team explained the return process, including the prepaid return label and applicable return fee.
We also offered several alternatives, including a 30% partial refund, later increased to 50%, allowing you to keep the bra, as well as store credit for the full item value plus an additional £5.
Your return label request was subsequently submitted. However, before the return process was completed, a PayPal dispute was opened, requiring us to pause the refund process while PayPal reviewed the transaction.
Regarding your comments about bras being listed for resale on Vinted, we would respectfully point out that the presence of products on a resale platform does not establish why they are being sold or whether those customers experienced similar issues. It would therefore be unfair to draw conclusions about other customers' experiences based on those listings alone.
We recognise that you were disappointed with the fit and the time taken to address your request. However, it is important to clarify that our team did respond, offered a free replacement, accepted your return request, and presented several options to help resolve the matter.
We have provided the relevant correspondence to PayPal and will cooperate with their review.

These guys are amazing. Olivia is a credit to this company, so helpful. I ordered the medium in the Strapless Push up Bra and the Deep V Push up bra, both were too small. I emailed and the fantastic Olivia arranged 2 more bras to be sent out in the Large size free of charge, no arguement, no fuss. and I didn't have to return the original bras. Four stars for the bras I ordered, but 5 stars for the customer service!
I ordered a Deep V Push-Up bra and the Strapless Bandeau bra in small, and their cup were unfortunatly too big (too pointy?) leaving a gap between my breast and the top of the cup.
With their Perfect Fit Guarantee, they offered a wonderful service suggesting other bra styles adapted to me. Shout out to Sophie, really kind and meticulous in her approach. :)

This is a beautiful quality product
This is a beautiful quality product. I feel well supported with the thicker straps and the 3 hook thicker back strap. Love the square back shape. I suffer from urticaria under and at the side of the breast where usual bras dig into me. This does noy hapoen with these bras as they are like a 2nd skin. I bought the scalloped ones in every colour as they are feminine.
I would particularly recommend these for breast cancer customers who have had reconstructions or LD flaps as i experience no pain when wearing these bras. Usually after 20 years since my op i am having to take my bra off when i get in as i experience pain on the scar. I like the non wired bras. Sculpted cups and the feeling of support these bras give. Plus the hook extender idea. Customer service is 2nd to none and satisfaction is guaranteed. I wont be buying from anyone else from now on. I particularly endorse this for breast cancer customers.

Sizing was off and second set of order was sent in a different size. Second set didn’t fit either and I was told I cannot return but don’t fret, I could get a discount on starting over. This system is wasteful, unsustainable and fraudulent. Not to mention drafting AI emails instead of actually running a business. Will not be purchasing from them again.
