A CBRE van hit my car and just ran away!
I emailed CBRE and was ignored!
What kind of company is it? Ridiculous!

CBRE residential valuers requires more training and market research. This area of expertise requires professional developed knowledge staff to provide comprehensive valuations. CBRE valued a residential property $300,000 less than other valuers. The question is why is there a $300,000 gap?

Just got a commercial valuation done, they are “tough guys”, valuer is so elegant and snob.
Basically his tone tell us, they are big company, customers are little potatoes.
I been working in finance industry for 10years plus.I will never ever use them again.

There are many cons about CBRE Manager and Electricity engineer in Tata Eureka park 150 noida, they cut the with any information also they misbehave with the women and the flat owers. I'm very worried about TATA Value Home how they value buyer's flat ? There are many flat owners and talents are not with the CBRE services specially Mayank Sharma and Pawal pal they don't have manners to talk with flat owners.

If you’re considering working for cbre go ahead and get yourself some baby oil and just bend over. Because they’re going to screw you. Low pay, high expectations and the job will literally take years from your life the longer you stay and suck your soul right out of your body. I would avoid this company by any means necessary

Terrible management of industrial estate.
My wife works on Quattro business park, there is a window company and a pallet company that keep dropping nails, screws and debris in the road and car park of the estate. We have had 3 punctures that were unrepairable and 2 punctures that we had repaired. The only source of the punctures can only be the estate. It’s cost us in excess of £650 so far and we now have another puncture. We have contacted them on numerous occasions to sort this problem out, they have done half a job of cleaning the site a couple of times and that’s it. They don’t want to know. Well if this puncture cannot be repaired and it ends up in another new tyre I’ll be taking legal action.

Reg no wv74xda the most rudest most arrogant person ever come across. Would not move for my disabled husband to inflate tyres in a petrol station. Sat there watching him struggle. Confrontational, rude and darn right nasty.

Can you tell your drivers that they shouldn't hog the lane on the motorway

Today driver M61 towards Bolton/Preston doing 60 or less in middle lane. Nothing in front of him

Unprofessional, in breach of our tenancy agreement by withholding my deposit for no reason what so ever. Have to open a case against them through Deposit Protection Agency. Would not recommend

I moved from one of the EU country for the DCS (SI) project to Norwaywhich as per mighty "manager" should last min. 3 years. However, ithas been ongoing for 7 months and is shutting down slowly.  During the project I started to point out many problems that must be solved and they were affecting customers directly. My"mighty manager" did not like it and instead supporting me, He started the process of removing me from the project, which he did.  I must mention that.. I sacrifice a lot from my private money to purchase components to ensure project continuity. I was also responsible for the technical aspect of the project creating a lot of documentation / procedures from scratch - which was not even in the scope of my role.  Then, countless lies that I am aggressivetowards employees (and I was not) and working on putting me down. I made thisproject flying with all its complexity. That kind of "manager" should not bepresent in any business setting. I know that CBRE is doing well in the DCS services  area but in SI it was / is a total disaster in almost every single field. When people say the truth, it is not liked. Total disappointment.

An employee at this company deliberately drove his van into the side of my car in an act of aggression. Neither myself, nor the police have been able to get a response from the company. They are wilfully ignorant and obviously condone and support poor behaviour from their drivers! Avoid this company however possible!!

CBRE Valuations - Absolutely hopeless. I went with CBRE as I though they are reputable but their valuation team just tick boxes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They may be reasonably priced but you will get an extremely underquoted valuation which a 10 year old can write. BE CAREFUL.

Cbre did house valuation for my house westpac as lender. One of the poo poo. I got through commbank and came really good. If you see cbre coming for valuation tell them f off

Actually the most horrendous experience with a rental company I've ever experienced. Every single person that I had to interact with at CBRE would schedule things and not show up or tell blatant lies to try to manipulate you. They are extremely bad at working efficiently and nobody seems capable of getting things done on time. I had to send the different documents over nearly 4 times because they kept asking for more criteria. Moving the goal post to try to get a different outcome from you. Not the place to rent from please stay away.
