Fake listings no one picks up the phone and then tell you only one available is the opposite of what you need. I’d say don’t waste your time on this company. They have unavailable listings and basically just a waste of time

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever crossed paths with. For the integrity of your business stay away from this company at all costs. They should be ashamed of the culture they have created within their company and their staff and the complete lack of respect they have for people they deal with and small businesses.

Not suprised to see such poor reviews. Avoid doing busness with these scammers.

CBRE has property management for Wells Fargo sites in Sioux Falls. The people they hire are the most unprofessional group behind closed doors. They will smile to your face and act friendly but don’t hesitate to talk about the guards and custodial staff making fun of them behind their backs as if they’re better than everyone else. ESPECIALLY one of them that got promoted recently. She is nothing but a bully and makes everyone’s job that much harder for no reason whatsoever. She just enjoys throwing her weight around and nobody can stand her. Leaving that job was the best decision I ever made with that bully in charge. They give CBRE a bad name and everyone was shocked that she got promoted to run the whole Wells Fargo property. They also lost two good maintenance men because of their very large ego trips. But honestly the only thing that gives me peace of mind is to know that karma will eventually catch up with them. They will continue to have trouble keeping guards and cleaners with her in charge. I’ve heard that the place has gone way down hill since I’ve left, which I knew it would. Do better Wells Fargo.

It is worst service company and no professionalism and ethics based services.They should not been appointed in society for service....

Please avoid this agency. They are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. They will also do everything to take your deposit away from you. So I would entirely avoid the heartache and overall struggle by opting a more reputable agency. 1/15/22 11:46-11:48 AM Driver of the van NY License plate 74989NA drove onto oncoming traffic on a two way street. Proceeded to pass me on the left at high speeds of nearly 40-50 MPH. He then merged back onto my lane nearly running me off the road and ran two red lights after. First red light was a 6 lane intersection and second was a smaller 2 lane intersection. The company that can’t even hire responsible drivers and care about public safety shouldn’t be used.

I had bad experience with them. I am now fighting to get my money back for a reservation fee of £500. Awful customer service and lots of lies. They are only after your money and don’t provide any sort of advice required. I will stay away from them as much as I can!!!! Don’t trust anything they say!!! I will give 0 stars if I could. The way they treat customers is so so bad!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrified after buying an over million dollar, “brand new” apartment… just to find chicken bones in the dishwasher filter. Nothing was cleaned, all appliances had been used to store food, or wash clothes. I was rushed through the final settlement inspection by Georgia. Everything promised - such as marketing material being removed was not.
Horrified with the amount of money I spent, and the terrible service given.

CBRE is Most annoying real estate company specially Wollongong branch. Management is blind and dump. Several emails been sent but no reply. No care of customers. I wish if all clients can take over their properties from them to show them power of customer. They win big and corporate customer by bribing and influence. Appalling service. When calling them to notify them that one of their properties they manage had an alarm going off they really couldn’t of cared less. I was put through to the incorrect department twice. Put through to someone who said “not my project, not my problem”, and had the phone put down on me by someone else. The alarm at this point has been going off (that we are aware of) for nearly 27 hours. The alarm going off is affecting local businesses but more to the point it is horrendous for local residents that live on the adjoining wall of the building. If you’re looking for good service and great management of your property I’d seriously avoid this company.

Do not be a vendor for CBRE. One of our customers switched to CBRE and they pay their clients 75 days after invoice is approved. Absolutely ridiculous!

MY EXPERIENCE OF CBRE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO MANAGE OUR PENSION PROPERTIES ON BEHALF OF JAMES HAY PENSION TRUSTEES, IS NOTHING SHORT OF A DISASTER. SO MUCH SO THAT MY WIFE AND I ARE ALMOST RID OF THEM BY TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER PENSION PROVIDER.

WATCH THIS SPACE, AS I HAVE BEEN COMPILING AN EMAIL COPIED TO BOTH COMPANIES THAT I AM GOING TO COPY AND PASTE ON TO TRUSTPILOT AS SOON AS THE TRANSFER HAS GONE THROUGH!

Would be great if your driver wouldn't park in stupid places for days at a time, doesn't even live nearby!

Worst company ever. Outrageous rents for an apartment that was dirty and broken when we got it, it was newly built... They never help you and if they do it takes weeks to answer. But if you go one day over the due date of a bill they send you instantly to a collection company and demand extra fees. They never communicate.

And if you dont agree on the rent being raised for no reason they take you to court.

And when we left we cleaned it for days. Yet they hire a company to clean without telling us whats wrong or giving us a chance to fix it.

They dont take care of the buildings or tenants. They just wanna suck money out of your pocket.

Worse of the worse company to deal with.. if I can give -000 star rating I would! When dealing with problems, they takes weeks to get back to you. All they say is, they are too busy... Also they threatens, discriminate which I don’t want go into details! They only help people/ retailers they favour! Stay away from this company, take my advice!

One of the worst businesses I have had the misfortune to deal with. Incompetent, slow, disorganised, unprofessional. All this pre COVID19 so that’s not an excuse. If I was interested in another commercial property but it was represented by CBRE I would walk away. Be warned .....
