Elegant Chic Dress
Please be advised I am extremely disappionted and disatisified with the product I received. The color was not the same, the material was not the same and the style of the dress was not the same. I had to purchase another dress at the last minute. I then had ti return this dress back to the UK. They stopped sending labels Feb 2025, so I had to come out of pocket and loose out if not only a dress but money to ship the product back. I don't recommend nor would I advise anyone to purchase this dress. I do have side by side pictures, but I didn't see an attachment to add the picture. UPDATE....I don't see an attachment so that others can see the picture. Yes I received a full refund but the shipping should be included if the product, style and material does not match the picture. Thanks for your reply.

Please note, if any customer receives a dress from us that is different to what they have ordered (i.e an error on our part), we will replace it immediately free of charge and we'll cover any and all additional delivery costs. If however you decide that the dress received, which looks exactly as depicted and described, is not to your liking, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost for a full refund. We've re-checked your order. You ordered and paid for the orange elegant chic dress. Not only is this the dress we sent you, but also the same dress you returned to us. We were lucky to find this post within trust pilot and have since claimed this review to hopefully get to the bottom of this. If you can post the pictures of the dress so the pubic can see I think this will resolve this. We can only assume you've mixed up our listing with something you've seen maybe on another online shop. Back in May 2025, we did not have many orange dresses so it's unlikely the confusion was caused on our website. We will contact Trustpilot and ask how pictures and attachments can be added for you.
