First time ordering

I’ve unfortunately just seen the proper reviews for this shopping site. I ordered a dress from the express shipping section for an official function. Customer service said it would be ready to ship 4 days ago and send me a code to track the shipment.
No update after that. Got in touch again and they said, it will be ready to ship in more days just like how the online reviews said that they will keep delaying and you’ll either not get your order at all or it will be so delayed it will be after the event . I’m suspecting this is a scam at this point.
This is not the type of service you would get in the UK. I will post updates as I get them.
Update : Customer service has moved really quickly and has dispatched my order but I’ll update after I receive my order.

Friendly, Fabulous and Fair
They were very friendly and kept me updated with when the order is received, shipping and all. My mother loved the saree I bought for her and the quality is fabulous.
