Good

I deposited €100 and received a €100 bonus. I managed to roll all the bonus and had a total win of €900 which I withdrew in 2 installments of €500 and €400. The withdrawal requests were submitted on Monday 8.12.2025. Today after I respectfully chatted with them, they instantly put the money in my account. I can prove this...they pay but takes some time. I was scared after reading all these reviews that I wouldn't get my money, but if you talk to them respectfully and nicely, they help you immediately. 🙏

Fake scam casino

Fake scam casino. I play at many casinos and this one legitimately do not pay out when you win anything. I got my money back via fraud charges thankfully.

Not a bad little casino

So I've been playing on this site pretty much when it was new. I had a good experience mostly every time. Sometimes when I log in the page can take a while to load in, but nothing major. I have had a few good wins and paid out within the time stated apart from once. It kept bouncing back to my account and did take around 2 weeks to be sorted. My VIP manager got it sorted with a lot of speaking to him and him going back to the finance. They said it was my bank but my bank had never had any payment, trying to come into my bank. But I got sorted. On Wednesday I won a £1000 and I have just received it today. So I don't know what is going on with the bad reviews? I can honestly say I've had minor hiccups on cazeus, but nothing to drastic! I would give 5* but the games from ELA you can't really play without it freezing and telling you to reload it's annoying.
Really do love this site.

Don’t really understand these negative reviews as I have been with this casino for a long time and always pay out and yes sometimes takes longer than 3 days but never let me down.

AVOID this one

AVOID this one, they do not pay out , excuse after excuse, they claim they have paid when they haven’t. They will tell you every excuse you can imagine, the best one was an email writing in English claiming they do not have any English speakers to help, this website will most likely be shut down soon. Attempted to withdraw £1800, only received £800 and won’t pay the rest .

Unwanted text messages

I've been getting unwanted text messages on my (German) mobile number from Cazeus which try to get me to sign up to their casino website with the offer of free credit after I've paid in.
HUGELY ANNOYING!!!
Can't block their number because it is private/not visible.

Fraudulent website

Fraudulent website. Happy to take your money but a different story when it comes to withdrawal. Couldn't withdraw via my debit card after several attempts but was told by a friend I would have to withdraw via bank transfer (iban) which I did and for the first time got an email saying withdrawal was successful. Money never appeared so contacted their support chat. Was told it would be there in a couple of days. Still no money so contacted them again and was told the withdrawal was completed their end and it was my banks fault. Contacted my bank and they had no record of any payment attempted from cazues. Almost as if the whole thing was a lie. Explained this to cazues and they maintained it was down to my bank and nothing to do with them. About 5 days later and several messages back and forth the £220 I withdrew from the cazues account appeared back in my account wallet. They have no intention of paying out. Every so often when I'm bored I start a chat with their support and bring this all up again and they go via the same script. They create fake positive trust pilot reviews and respond to them and respond via the script for negative ones. My transaction history has been deleted their end on the website but I have all the screenshots. Months on the support chat maintains my withdrawal was completed their end and it was my banks fault. What are the thoughts of everyone else who has had negative experiences with this website. Is there anyone out there that just maybe the co operative bank are lying to me and returned my winnings to cazues out of spite towards me or could it be that cazues is a fraudulent website set up and designed to steak money from people under the guise of gambling? Reputable bank vs foreign casino with god awful trust pilot review. Fight.
This site will respond to negative reviews asking for screenshot evidence which I have and will still try and worm out of it. I've screenshots of several conversations with their support who leave the chat every time I catch them in a lie which is all the time. Mate of mine can do wonders with ip addresses and hacking so should be able to get a good image from the PC they're staring into

I was trying for over a week to withdraw my $100 still I cannot withdraw it. I'm with those old people who say that this website is a scam. Scam they don’t pay out

Nothing positive about this website they don’t pay out even the €500/daily as they claiming they do. Stay away! There are much better sites to actually win and have money same day . I have requested €500 on 20/10/2025 we on the day 10 still no money. Customer service keep telling me they have back log and they apologise. I’ve played on this website past 1 year never won anything until now and after depositing quite a sum to them this happens. Lesson learnt no more deposits

I am now getting replies by email asking for my bank account information as my bank refused the payment but my bank said no payment was made so hopefully will get my £500 I am owed from them in the next week I’ll keep updated
