Fantastic service and I found a fabulous cat sitter who lives just near me. I would recommend very highly.

We have only used two sitters over the last two years, but on multiple occasions and both are very competent and reliable. The app makes enquiry and booking easy. Especially love the guidance and proforma documents that you can fill out to make sure you inform your sitter of all they need to know to care for your animals.

Wonderfully clear, safe and secure bookings and transactions through Cat in a Flat. We’ve found our last 3 cat sitters through there and it’s been fabulous to have this database and searchable through map and area! Love the way you can name your dates and then see who’s available, message through the app, and feel safe about a formal contract and payment being made through this third party service. Highly recommend!

I have used a few different cat sitters from here, never had an issue. I have one that I usually rely on, but if they are not available, I have managed to find someone else. The service offered is my preference as my cat gets to stay in her environment, shes not stressed and also I know my house is being checked whilst I am away.

Lyn is very professional and trustworthy. She established a beautiful relationship with my cats and let me updates me throughout my absence with videos/photos and messages.

Roxy was the absolute star she usually is and did her best to cheer up my cat who was feeling so sorry for himself after having several teeth out. She sent lots of photos and videos to put my mind at rest. Ernie and I love Roxy!
