Terrible business for restaurants

Terrible business for restaurants. Our restaurant brought them food for about 20 people, only to find FIVE people working that day. No one sampled our food and we spent about 3 hours organizing their ridiculous ingredient and allergen requirements. In return, we got ZERO business. They promised us catering jobs, but got us nothing. We have over 400 yelp reviews and a solid 4.5 stars. Our food has been written up in eater and grub street. Our food is solid. These people STOLE our food and we got nothing but lies and excuses every single time I spoke to them. I honestly believe that free food is a ploy to get people to work for them, so they just approach restaurants and make promises to them so they will provide free food for their staff.
