The meals are positively nasty - not fresh, barely tasty. Dreaded eating them. Not enough / decent options for vegetarians. After trialing for one week, tried to cancel but was charged and sent another delivery anyway. Apparently canceling on the cut-off day is not enough, it’s got to be before 9 am PST. Called to ask for a refund for 8 meals I didn’t want and can’t eat, they fussed and authorized a refund for 2 meals (still waiting to receive it). Extremely terrible experience.

They are amazingly incompetent. They have messed up multiple times with deliveries. They can't even tell me what I ordered on my first order, which was only on Jan 26. They can't tell me when a particular meal was available that they shipped me by mistake. They flat out close tickets without bothering to respond and unless you call, they will completely ignore them. Their website data doesn't match their app data, and their website shows "My Ticketss" and is blank. It is mind boggling how bad they are at all but the food. I actually sort of liked the food, but I would rather starve than deal with them again.

Food is great pricing is high

Sent wrong order. Refused to refund. Customer service is not responsive. Refused to refund orders from account that was cancelled.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LYING, THEIVING, SCAMMERS!!! THOSE STOLE $187 from my account and promises a refund but DOESNT GIVE IT. There are multiple reviews stating the same issue!

For weeks I have been calling because delivery instructions are not being followed. Now one of my orders has gone missing because the courier is leaving the package in the lobby of the building where it is accessible by anyone passing by.

This was my first time trying the company out. I was desperate to find something healthy, mostly clean, and delicious. They might have hit the first two, but REALLY lacked in the flavor department. I had a hard time finishing every. single. meal. I reached out to them about it and they really had nothing to offer except sorry. I really expected some of my money back just because of how bad every meal was. They declined to help. Truly regret trying them out. I don't recommend.

Thus far, Eat Clean is NOT proving to be worth it. While most meals are good, the service falls desperately short. Try not buying groceries because you’re expecting your delivery on Monday and it doesn’t get delivered until SATURDAY, so you spend double your grocery budget that week. Then, on another order, the consumption safety of the meals were questionable because the ice packs were completely melted and the meals barely felt “cool”. Let’s see what “adventure” Eat Clean brings us this week.

Horrible customer service. I told them I wouldn't be home and they still said they're going to ship the meals out. Bad communication and they do not care if food goes to waste given that there are so many families right now that are in need of food. I would not recommend them, it's not worth it. Way better companies out there.

Your dinners are gourmet quality. Some dishes I like more than others, but I haven't had a bad one at all. They always arrive on time and very well packaged and protected.

Stellar! Deducted one star for cheese was missing in the “cheesey rice cauliflower”.

The food is absolutely delicious and couldn’t be any easier to serve; microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy! I appreciate that every meal is fresh (not frozen) and is so healthy! I have tried other meal plans but everything was high in sodium. Eat Clean is always within the range of healthy sodium levels. Thank you!

I was gonna try them out, but then I had some questions about the quality but when I called up to ask my questions, the woman didn't attempt to even answer my question. She just said oh well I can just cancel it. I said OK fine but they never refunded my money. The best that I could ever get from them was to spend that money through that website. If she had told me, I wasn't gonna get my money refunded I of course wouldn't have taken that route.

Scam. They force you to sign up for an account just to look at the meals. Then by signing up, they set you up for a delivery without telling you.

I went onto the site just to look at the meals, decided it wasnt for me (due to dietary stuff) and left.

a week later I get a box of food from them and charge on my card. I did not ask for a delivery. I did not sign up for a delivery. I was not sent an email or notification that I was signed up for a delivery.

When I called they said they could not refund this bogus delivery because apparently "when you sign into the site for the first itme you automatically are signed up for a delivery no matter what" it is written in some small terms of service or somethign somewhere people wont look. Site is set up to charge people unknowingly. Be wary.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. MULTIPLE CHICKEN MEALS CAME RAW. I TRIED TO CANCEL AND NOW THEYRE WITHOLDING MY REFUND AND ONLY APPLICABLE TOWARDS ANOTHER ORDER - TOTAL SCAM.

Loser company ran by a loser guy.. mike martinez runs a credit card scam company and owes various vendors money and is involved with various law suits.. do not use this company. It’s quite literally a scam company.
