More complicated application than with other providers

First class transfer of ISA from previous provider. Completed in just a 2-3 days. In my experience with other companies it takes weeks of stress and chasing. Castle completed the transfer without me having any stress or inconvenience.

The onboarding process was smooth, however every time I log into castle trust for the first time (irrespective of using my WiFi or phone network) I am presented with an error. Once I log out and back in I am able to see my account. This has happened at least 4/5 times now.

Very easy to set up the accounts online, spoke to a chap on the phone who was who was very informative and answered all my questions. My 3 star rating is because having to make several payments in there was no conformation to confirm they were received,
I have never experienced this with other Banks.

Quick cash isa transfer with updates on progress

Good rate of interest whilst other banks dropping rates, simple switching process, confirmation supplied at each stage.

Don't like it that get an error logging in. Got to log out, then log in again and it works. Have logged an error message, but never seems to get fixed.
