This casino is crooked and sneaky. They use a term and condition against me that I've never heard of and I've dealt with 100's of casinos. It was MAFIA like. So it's my first time using this casino and they offer me a 500%boost and 500 fs spins so I make my deposit and accept it. Well of course the play through was very high And certain games you can and can't play. So after hours of wagering I was able to playthrough and have 120.00. so I sent my documents in 3 different times in 1 week and finally got approved on 3/10/26. So I go and attempt a withdrawal and I keep being denied. Saying I do not have enough funds. Well my max out on the promo was 135 and I had 120
Shouldnt be a big deal. So I ask cust service why I'm being denied? And her response was one I've never heard and still can't believe. So like the Mafia the offer me a deal (promo) and they get me to pay for it. I spend hours wagering to finally clear playthrough and keep the rules. So 4 a week 120 sits on my account until I'm verified so I can withdrawal. Finally I'm approved but now I'm being denied due to lack of funds? Now they tell me I OWE them 135.05 because of the promo they offered me! And if I want to make a withdrawal I have to first pay them back 135.00 and then get my money up to 185.00 just to make the minimum withdrawal of 50 dollars. Now mind you this was not a no deposit bonus I paid already for it. So they pull out there traps&con-mens(terms&conditions) and it says that there bonus money cannot be withdrawal period! my boost you many get off a promo has to be paid back to them, because they don't want people withrawling after they complete playthrough. So they threaten you by saying if you wish to withdrawal you must pay us back our promo price?? So like true criminals they got me to pay for there promo and even wager it for them and when it came time to withdrawal they pulled out there traps& con-mens. I've never dealt with such a greedy, shady , criminalized, casino!! And I have documents I recorded of them saying they don't want us cashing out. So they make it so money comes in easy but money doesn't go back out easy. So I was forced to play my 120.00 just to try and pay them back and get a a.min of 50 on top of there 135bso I could make a withdrawal. Need less to say I never got over 129.00 and eventually it was taken from me. I went from having almost my max cash out to owing them for there promo they sold me??? If they were concerned. Abt us customers they wouldn't be trying to trick us with their Traps&con-mens. This is so foreign to me I've never even heard of such a thing. Make us pay for a promo that cannot be withdrawn and it's only for wagering not for withdrawaling??? Had I known this I would wager my own money not theres!! The whole idea is to bring ppl in to your business not trick and trap there money ultimately pushing ppl away!! STAY AWAY they are crooks! With terms like what they have it's clear to see what's on there mind.

It took a long process but I did finally get to withdraw and I was relieved. The customer service response time was amazing. I was surprised by that. Everything went well and im still playing!

So to all those amazing reviews, we are not stupid. The important reviews are the ones who had negative opinions. You will also know what businesses are actually concerned because they will actually respond to those reviews and make attempts to fix it. The good ones will earn a second review from someone who initially had issues but want to express how the company has somehow shown they actually care and have tried to fix the issue.
