Very large variety of games. Very good sign- up bonus which I win $300 from the free spins. It did take a couple of days to complete the verification process and withdraw. But overall the customer service was timely and efficient. One of the better casino apps out there.

Casino Extreme plasters the phrase "Instant means INSTANT" all over their banking page. What they conveniently leave out is that first time players cannot withdraw anything until completing a verification process that takes 2 to 5 business days. There is zero disclosure of this before you deposit. By the time you find out your money is already locked in their system. Live chat support has no access to the banking department whatsoever and cannot even confirm if your documents were received. You have to email a completely separate team just to get a status update. This is predatory advertising designed to get deposits in fast while making withdrawals as difficult as possible. Post your reviews everywhere so other players know what they are walking into before they deposit.

This company is one of my favorites, I play on tons of these platforms but this one has my attention over all else.. definitely in my top 5! For someone that has 30+ accounts all over the place that says a lot! They have a great selection of games, excellent customer service, some pretty good bonuses and promotions. I wish I got more free spins but they keep it relatively fair on the ratio of free per deposit. Quick to process payments and fast payouts with no issues!

I’ve been a customer of Casino Extreme for over 3 years. Deposited $69 expecting the advertised Sunday Spins promotion shown on the homepage. After depositing, support said my account “class” was not eligible.

I repeatedly asked where this restriction was published, what class was required, and what class my account is. No clear answers were provided—only repeated statements that the system is automated and nothing could be processed.

Long-term customers deserve clear promotion terms before depositing, not after. Very disappointing experience.

The sign up incentive was "Recieve a $250 chip" yet it was actually split into $50 chips a day for 5 days. On top of that, i signed up march 30th. Upon April 1st that sign up bonus apprently expired, including people it was in progress for. So i was robbed of the reason i signed up (what a great introduction to represent the rest of my experience). If you do win with your bonuses, you must play through around $1000 to only cash out $50. The bonuses you recieve by email wont work properly. And support will take about 5 minutes in between replies if they do at all as theyre forced to talk to multiple people at the same time. Even if they do answer, theyll most likely be rude, condescending, and/or end the chat without even addressing your concerns. Cashing out is of course its own endeavor. The verification process is submitting photo id and you holding it. Pretty standard. Until after 5 days you get an email saying it doesnt meet required parameters (not stated anywhere of course). Then after you submit the same photos, 3 days later you get an email saying the system took the photos this time. So it took 8 days for a computer to verify photos apparently.... Now, youd think youd be fine to cashout. Of course not though. This is extreme. You then must make a "verification deposit," a.k.a. "pay to get your money." Now after making a card purchase and being told you can instantly withdrawal it too youll realize that was a lie and youre several days away still from withdrawaling as they need to get photos of your card sent to them to "verify" it even further. Several days later if god himself willed them to do their jobs, youll get that taken care of as long as you dont mind the blatant security risk. Upon getting here, youll realize the payment method they had to verify after they took your money is not able to recieve the funds. They exclusively deal in crypto. So have fun with that part of the experience as well. I have every support chat log and email to support everything im saying and more. AT ALL COSTS AVOID EXTREME CASINO AND ITS SISTER CASINOS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. PLAYING CRAPS WITH A CRACKHEAD IN AN ALLEY IS A BETTER IDEA.
