Worst gambling site I have ever played on.
My experience with 888 is absolutely terrible. This is by far the worst online casino I have ever used. The games feel completely unfair, extremely unbalanced, and clearly designed for players to lose nonstop.
I deposited money multiple times and experienced constant losses with no realistic chance of winning. There is zero transparency, no trust, and no feeling of fair play. It honestly feels like a money trap rather than a legitimate gambling platform.
After playing on many other sites, I can confidently say 888 stands out in the worst possible way. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this site and choose a more fair and trustworthy alternative.

This casino is a nightmare. When it comes to withdrawing your money, prepare for endless frustration. They demand document after document, reject submissions for minor issues, and make you wait weeks before finally paying out. While they do eventually pay, the process is unnecessarily complicated and gives you a massive headache. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

This company took advantage of my mental health and robbed me. They say you can only withdraw through your deposits. So I deposited with trustly. After spending a couple of hundred I finally won 30 pounds which I expected to withdraw through the same way I put my money in. I do not own a bank account because I suffer with mental health issues and my partner has control of my funds but they expected me to withdraw with a bank account in my name. After I corresponded with Thier staff they tried to say I have a gambling problem because of mental health which I argued against as again my money goes through my partner's bank. Long story short after gaining a meager 30 pounds they have blocked my account and gave me no option to withdraw. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL and I will take this further. They take advantage of people with mental health and something needs to be done to shut these scam artists so no more people are taken advantage of. I would just like to add I have photo evidence of my conversation as I took screenshots before they blocked my account.

Created an account made a small deposit and right after this my account has been suspended. Verified my id 6 times and the account still suspended. Contacted support to be asked for a bill with my name not older than 3 months, a selfie with me holding the id and the id picture , managed to close the account but the deposit was lost and the still don’t have the id verification uploaded so many times. Just to start using is a huge hassle. Waste of time

3 weeks still haven't received my withdrawal

I've been with 888 for a long time now.they always pay so I don't have a problem there. Now I'm after realising that they are dishonest and don't care about customers. Cashback weekly I've opted in every day for almost 4 months now. Out of 4 months maybe 3 Mondays I got my cashback. I would deposit thousand a week and win a few grand and lose and nothing on the Monday for cashback. I have been onto them everyday for last 3months because now I'm furious I'm owed thousands in cashback altogether, I get the same response everyday for 3months ,, it's gone to the relevant team to investigate this issue and has been escalated to our highest priority.
And I haven't even got a response or email once, feels like taking the ps out of me.I just came off chat and said what's this weeks excuse and yeah the same quote as above. It's unfair gaming, false advertising and I'm taking this Matter to the highest authority I can. If I don't get my cashback by Monday I will have a gaming solicitor I had to use before. So f***angry

Hi everyone please stay away from this casino it's a joke they will not verify your account so you can never withdraw any winnings I joined here 2 weeks ago have sent my passport photo 3 times I've sent bank statements 4 times I've sent address 3 times and every time there's something wrong with the documents ex photo is cropped now today can't see dob on bank statement clearly no dob on bank statement but is on passport so joke people stay clear

Shamefully bad customer service. I was happily playing the bonus games and depositing sensibly, when the froze all my promotions because of an ‘internal decision’. No explanation at all. As soon as you control yourself, you get what you want. I have been playing for a really long time and it is not bad but I don't believe people win any of those mega wins or jackpots. I generally play Bass games and I played a lot. However, never won any of those x1k fishes.
