Started off alright . Usual lose more than you put in but nothing extreme . All of a sudden . They stole a bonus off me and the whole app just shifted . Advertising broken shit games . Loss after loss . So what could have been a good review turned into A big company ripping me off 50 quid whilst taking 2k in losses . I made an account on Sunday deposited £20 then another £20 and won £894 and it was deposited in my account in less than 24hours . I understand I was unbelievably lucky and it is ridiculous to think that the odds of winning are in the players favour. This company scams more players than most. And their customer service is the worse in Ontario. When presented with the problem of not being able to log in or get free spins I was told by email that they found no problem with a tournament. I never complained about a tournament, I showed them screenshots of the problem and again they responded with they found no issue with the tournament. In my opinion, this is a betting site for true masochists. For example:
1. Where else can you contact customer "services" (aka the "helpdesk") regarding bets placed the previous evening and be told by the man there (after a 10 minute wait, of course) that he has no access to settled bets?
2. In the last month, I have requested payouts from four bookmakers. Here's how quickly the money arrived:
a. S - within two minutes.
b. B - within two minutes.
c. 10 - within five minutes.
d. 888 - eight (yes, 8) banking days, i.e. almost two weeks!
3. Most of the links you will find to any form of customer service at the site are actually dead links.
4. If you ask for your account to be permanently closed (in order that you are NEVER tempted to use it again), even that will take at least two weeks.
Are you a true masochist? If so, 888 is the site for you! Good luck - you'll need it. On a scale of 1-5, this "organisation" is worth somewhere in the region of minus 5,000.

I like many others have gone through temporary compulsive gambling.
I don't have a problem, it's not like I gamble frequently or regularly. But when I do gamble I tend to gamble a lot.
One night I was playing roulette on 888 casino.
I kept losing.
And when id lost id say triple my usual losses. Probably about £600.
888 reached out promptly and I had a conversation with a support agent about why I was gambling so much. I said I was chasing my losses.
They blocked me, refunded the money left in my account as well as accounts I didn't know id set up years before.
Honestly shocked at how prompt it was. I feel all casinos should be like this.
I am however now permanently banned. Had they set that ban to a month this review would be 5* but as it is they actually cared about a consumer where all other casinos just want to take them for all their worth and for that they get 4*

Trying to speak to a real person is virtually impossible & when you do eventually get through, all they say is that they will send a message to the relevant department and you hear nothing back. The saying "the house always wins" is absolutely true. The platform is entertaining; they have a daily roulette wheel that 98% of the time lands on a no-win.
