Filthy atm outside coop on Birchfield Road Northampton

the cash machine outside the Spar shop in Burnley Road, Briercliffe, Burnley is the most disgusting one I have ever used. Absolutely filthy, must be swarming with germs. I will never use it again.

Absolutely appalling company. Machine malfunctioned and swallowed my new bank card I had been waiting on for no reason and I had to wait another week to get a new one. Customer service nil points. The ATM was filthy dirty and semi-vandalised. This company is not fit to trade. From the feedback on Trustpilot it looks like I’m not the only unhappy punter!!

I tried yo cash out but the cash got distracted and i couldn't get my cash. I called them and they said you will get your money back within 48 hours and it's been more than 48hours but still haven't got the money yet. I called them 4 times and they always said the same thing. Don't use this atm. They're liar and scammers. They always said they wil give me a call back and they never did. I'm very disappointed.

I tried to withdraw 30£ ,on the display it was showing that they charge 1.25 but after i press the amount i want to withdraw they charge 3.99£ for the withdrawal.sh.t service

Not free, but advertising as free.

Cost £4 to withdraw £60 when it was advertised as free cash withdrawal.

I tried to withdraw £200 from a Cashzone ATM in my nearest town. The transaction appeared to go normally, but no cash was issued, although my banking app showed my account was immediately debited. The ATM gave no explanation for this and the cashzone helpline repeatedly cut off when I got through. My bank is raising a dispute to claim the money back. This experience does not seem unusual with Cashzone

Agree with others, these atms are a scam, with full fees only displayed after any cash is withdrawn.

Went to Cashzone ATM to get cash. Guy in front used the ATM no problem. I put my card in and pin no, etc. The ATM card slot slider starts chugging forwards and backwards. The screen says: Push card in or take card out. There's no way I can get to the card. I can see it but can't push nor pull. This goes on a while and suddenly my card is swallowed!! The screen now says: 'Out of service'! There's NO CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS ON YOUR ATM!?? There's an Irish tel no which is unobtainable. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I google and finally find a number that works. I get through and just as I'm asked where the ATM is located, I'm
cut off. Poor customer service. I ring again and get through and in the meantime the ATM has devoured someone elses card. The faulty ATM is located and logged and I'm told an engineer is requested and that Cashzone apologises. I now have to waste another half hour contacting my bank to get a new card issued. This takes 4-5 working days to reach me. It's Friday afternoon, I'm now without cash and means of funding for tonight, the weekend and the coming week, as my card is now CANCELLED, NUL & VOID thanks to Cashzone. How is this caring and being there for customers??

I used this atm which is a new one outside the Spar shop in Woolston.
I asked for my account balance & to draw out £200.
The machine did not give me my money & now it’s in dispute with my bank (Barclays).
If these people ever read their reviews I’d like to just say that I had 3 witnesses yesterday & if I do not get my money back, I will contact the ombudsman because I think he needs to know how many complaints there are about this company.

Went to a cashzone atm where the £100 I requested appeared and went back in the machine before I had chance to grab it. Phoned them, they said they had to put me onto my bank to open the dispute. Machine went out of service for about half an hour. Then starts working before I leave the area. My bank temporarily replaced the £100 but weeks later I am told their machine balanced out so they’ve taken the money back out of my account and there’s nothing they can do… they are basically saying I am lying and I can’t get my £100 back, they know I can’t prove it any other way. Had to even google their number as they don’t have one on the machine. Am furious and can see after coming on here it’s clearly a common occurrence. Am going to pursue this with the ombudsman!

I used a Cash Zone ATM on way to hols. Shops in the service station had no access for card payents so suggested I got cash. The ATM took my card, no cash so was stuck with no card or cash. Very difficult, and when I called the number given by CZ for assistance after going through all the options, office is closed at weekends and call back Monday. Really not helpful.

Withdraw my last £60 from ashford asda cashzone atm receipt came first then my card then the money however as soon as my finger touched the money it was sucked back in. Dispute raised water nearly 3 weeks to be told by barclays that cashzone have rejected my case hahaha so I have a receipt telling me I withdraw £60 but I didn't get £60 now had to raise a complaint through barclays and will be raising formal complaints with cashzone and barclays and will be taking them both to the small claims court for the money they theived from.me and compensation for the absolute incompetence!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would went to get money out at hilton park not only the £1.99 charge is scandalous but it didn't give me the money how ever I called them and to only discover that what I went to withdraw was less than what I've been charged on my phone bill this company is about scum and should be shut down

Tried to withdraw £100 from CASHZONE ATM on 20 May 2024 at Co-op Food store, Chorleywood, Herts.
No cash received but account debited with £100.
Card not lost. Received an account balance. After raising a ATM dispute with my bank the dispute was resolved on 06 June 2024.
This ATM machine is very slow and very old and should be retired. I will never use a CASHZONE ATM again.

Faulty ATM which the company new had previous reports of faults with the card reader at Cosford services what a useless company to get hold of,you lose your card in the machine and they aren't bothered just call your bank and get another,some company they are what a waste of time.

I recently (21/05/2004) used a Cashzone ATM at Carrefour in Finestrat Spain where the Sabadell bank ATM appeared to have been removed. The exchange rate for 1GBP was 1.0243657 EUR With the transaction fee of 3.95 EUR and 2.5% mark up (?) I received 200 EUR for 199.09 GBP. I usually get charged around 180 GBP. Beware!

Tried to take €100 from cash zone ATM in Ibiza however didn’t receive any money. Ten days later I am still waiting for a refund or response from cashzone. Avoid at all costs

they do not keep their machines secure and do not use UPS on their machines, not safe or worth the risk of loosing your card due to them never maintaining their equipment

Avoid!!!
The machine at Stratford station immediately stole my card and charged my account for cash that was not issued.The customer helpline was of no use and 2 weeks later I still have not had my £110 returned. I will never use their machines again.
