Couldn't speak highly enough of the team at CashOfferNow, from start to finish they put my mind at ease and went above and beyond what I would have expected.
Myself and my wife were leaving the country and had been trying to sell our car with no luck for a number of weeks. CashOfferNow reached out by email and explained the process and Alan was more than happy to follow up with a phone call to answer my queries. They got me a better price than the local dealers had been offering me and once the price was agreed Alan walked me through the next steps and Sinéad from their customer services team followed up with another phone call in case I had any further queries. For a service that is all online or over the phone they really work hard to put the client at ease.
Once the sale was agreed Lee contacted me directly about picking up the car and explained again how the process worked. Lee was very accommodating regarding collection time and location and similarly to Alan and Sinéad he explained each step of the process and didn't actually take the car until proof of payment was sent through.
All in all I found the service to be extremely efficient (turnaround was less than 48 hours) and the team did everything they could to put my mind at ease. Couldn't recommend them highly enough especially for someone who is looking for a quick sale.

Simple, transparent sales process. Car collected only after the money hit my account (I am with AIB which helps - if you are with another bank, it may take a few hours). Price was a bit low but there is the negotiation function so your final price may be slightly higher than the initial offer.

The guy they sent was friendly and professional, no issues whatsoever.

Ray, Alan and Sinéad we're the most helpful people I've come across. I had moved abroad and I couldn't get my car sold before I left and fortunately they came in and told me they'd handle it all with my parents help and they did exactly that. The first sale fell through which was a blessing in disguise because I ended up getting more for the car and the money went in the same day EFT which was amazing to see. Such a pleasure to deal with and would 1000 recommend. The nicest and genuinely honest people I've met in a long while. Thanks guys!
