Was a pretty sketchy experience overall, definitely left like it could be a scam and they definitely outsource to India so that doesn’t help but wasn’t a scam and would recommend giving a try

I received a “guaranteed” quote from cash for cars. I provided an accurate description of the car online. Upon arrival the pickup guy spoke barely any english and then offered me $200 less than my guaranteed offer which I originally accepted in good faith. The reason - the 24 yr old car that is still running, did not have the original muffler. Seriously? I never certified to OEM parts for the muffler and the text message shown to me by the nonenglish speaking driver’s rep said- not original parts- sorry. I needed the car gone due to HOA so I had no choice.

Not sure if this was Apopka or Orlando- either way they represent the overall business.

Well sorry cash for cars, bait and switch is a scam. Stay FAR FAR away from them. Will never use again.

People were clear and upfront. Only problem I had was connecting with towing company around a snowstorm.

The process with customer service representative was very thorough with documentation. Pick up of the vehicle was done on a timely manner and obtaining a check was easy.

I would not use this company again. The language barrier is the first thing; 3 phone calls took 40 min that could have taken 5 min. I could only understand about every third word, and they had trouble understanding me and asked me to repeat myself over and over. 2nd, Once I finally jumped through all the hoops, they told me they would call me 1 hour before picking up my car from the mechanic shop, which was 2 min away from my office. The tow company showed up, told the mechanic they were here to pick up my vehicle, hooked it up, and left. They did not call me, or pick up the title, leave the plate, or leave the check. When I call them, they ask me to bring everything to them, which I could not, and she said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I was told the Driver would NOT take the vehicle until he had the title and paid me, which did not happen. When I called the office, the person was very Rude!

This was the smoothest transaction ever. The auditor was prompt, friendly and professional. I really expected a long drawn out process; however, it was just the opposite. From my contact with Jessica to receiving the cash for my car was absolutely no hassle. They respected my time and gave me more than I expected for my car. I am still amazed at this process.
