CC (CashCall) closed the loan within 40 days of receiving my call. The reps were very responsive and always took my call or called me back immediately. I have closed many real estate loans with varying types of lenders and have never had a better experience. Who'd go to Wells, Chase or any of the others when you have the CC option? Very nicely done and I thank you!

The people at Cash Call were honest, knowledgeable, quick, and had great communication all the way through the process. Definitely recommended!

This was the absolute worse experience I every had on a refi period. The lack of communication, not returning emails and or phone calls for such a large company was an absolute joke. I was approved for the refi and this is my existing lender Impact mortgage. I'm not upset about the process or the items needed to get approved. it the lack of communication from my loan officer and his assistance. I wish I would have known this and used loan depot or another lender.

Cashcall rep David Coniconde was honest and direct throughout the whole process. He made no grand promises. On my first try with cashcall David told me no, but then spelled out exactly how to fix my deficiencies. I came back to cash call with a cheaper property and my credit changed as per David's instructions and was tentatively approved. David then passed me to Tudo Nguyen. Tudo was the same direct honest and professional rep that David was. I had tried other brokers and it was always the same, big promises, Lotsa paperwork then , uh sorry, bye. Cashcall is also 100% electronic. Emails and links. Occasionally a phone call. So convenient. My loan closed in under a month thanks to Tudo's hard work and at a decent interest rate. No matter how many times I called or emailed they were always professional and friendly.

Found Joe Valencia to be unprofessional. I had an issue supplying all my bank statements, especially when they didn't inform me until the last min. That's my personal business, what I spend or buy. Me showing sufficient funds should be good enough. Then Joe went on explaining, what he said was away that I would understand, since I was a truck driver. It's Federal Law and as a truck driver you can get a ticket if I don't use a turn signal or speed on the freeway. I guess Joe was implying that truck drivers are stupid, speed and don't use turn signals. Hmmm! Guess that's why I've been a truck driver for 20yrs without a ticket.
My pay off was $129.523.18 why is the loan for $133,571.07?
I told Joe I want to pay cash to replenish escrow acct. Not to add to loan, that now i will be paying interest on.

I've use Cash Call 3 times to refi, this will be the last time ever.

Difficult Case
Low Income, medical disability both my husband and myself, but Cash Call gave us the chance to paid our credit cards, and now we are enjoying the finnancial freedom. They made the process so quick and less stressful.

Started out with chat session on the CashCall website and ended up two weeks later with a successfully completed mortgage transaction. Fast and easy...CashCall scheduled the appraisal and notory visits at my home, so I barely had to get up from my lounge chair! The CashCall staff that handled my transaction (Christopher and Amy) were skilled and professional. I am very pleased with all aspects of this transaction.

We had our adjustable 1st & 2nd (HELOC) Loans with CIT & BofA for over 10 years. For one reason or another we were never able to refinance to a fixed rate. My husband heard about Cash Call on KNBR and wanted to give it one more try. I was very skeptical but Dan Milicevic answered all of my questions with such professionalism that we decided to try once again to refinance our loans. The process was incredibly FAST!! and most of all IT IS TRUE! NO CLOSING COSTS!!!!!!! We now have one 30 year fixed rate loan!

Great experience on my home refinance. I still cant believe it how smooth & easy & how fast it went less then two weeks no hassles. Great customer service. Very fast & accurate. I had tried Pacific Marine,Union Bank,Loan Depot,Ocwen & California Coast Credit Union & none of those could help me. I almost gave up until my husband heard this company on the radio thats when he called John at Cashcall & him & Amy made my loan close in about 10days. Wow im so greatfull for this great company. My experience with Kevin Friedman was great, he was able to get the numbers I wanted that the other loan guy couldn’t 2-3 weeks prior. HOWEVER, it was all downhill once I was handed off to the loan processor. In fact I had two because the first one dropped the ball and to be quite honest the second one Adrienne Poan wasn’t any better. I closed 8 days later than initially told because they just couldn’t get it together. It was a disappointing comedy of errors with loan processing.

I have been working with David twice now in my home refi and he's been Awesome! Along with the help of Christine, they both have been great in helping me go through this process as painless as possible. They are always so quick to respond and just can't say enough how AWESOME they both her. The whole process was quick... super quick! and extremely easy. Thank you again!

Great mortgage refi, fast, and professional.

I have refinanced two properties within a few months of each other and the service has been superior! Both done within three weeks from start to finish money in the bank..shorter terms!

They found i was trying to refi, call me saying they were the same bank that have my loan. Offered to charge zero costs whats so ever.
.anded charging me $2000. For everything...took them longer to close.they said i didnt need to make my last pmt. As long as i pay the penalty for late pmt.. when i was recieving calls from my mortgage bank about my payment missing
I said something is wrong, layer a received a delinqurnt later...so i call them, they said. it wasnt the same bank i was refinancing with. When i already have singned the final docs...i guess they both used the same loan care services. But its a total different company...so whatch out for that...when refinancing guys
