I was nervous at first to send off my gold jewellery and had a few questions. When I rang I was pleasantly surprised with the clear instructions I was given . It was easy to parcel up my gold necklaces and bracelets also odd earing's and broken gold items. At the post office it was straight forward and they gave me a receipt for the envelope. it was only a few days later I had a call from Cain to say they had checked my items and told me what they would pay, I was very pleased. I will certainly use them again!
