Awesome phone case, perfect fit!
This case fits perfect and looks great! That said, the only bad thing was it took a bit to get here to texas so was a bit anxious until it arrived. Sometimes coming so far, things can get damaged but it arrived in perfect shape and as my title says, this is an awesome case that fits my phone perfectly, thanks!!!!!!!

However I would recommend they don’t use UniExpress as a shipping carrier. They were the worst and I got my order almost two weeks later for the driver to finally listen to my instructions

Buy a poor quality product

Ordered the lux matt case for my S23 ultra, which on arrival looked incredible, vader looked Phenomenal and the decals are wicked, however it didnt fit my phone properly. After speaking with Matthias at Case X, and providing them with some photos of the case on my phone, we realised (through no fault of my own) the individual lens protectors on my camera were preventing the case from fitting my phone properly. Completely my own fault, I didnt realise that the individual camera lens protectors would affect the fit of the case. Matthias very kindly offered me a code to re purchase the correct case (the lux cool case) to fit the individual lens protectors and my phone Completely free of charge. I couldn't be more greatfull for all of your help today Matthias, and thank you for resolving the issue so quickly, efficiently and above all, for covering the cost for the correct case. I must add that I emailed at 8pm (uk time) last night and recieved an email back just shy of 5 hours later, I responded this morning and INSTANTLY recieved a response back from Matthias, virtually within seconds.
10/10 for customer service
10/10 for communication
10/10 for the resolution! Went above and beyond!!!!
Will happily recommend to my friends and family. Thank you again Matthias for all of your help today, and for my new case! I really do appreciate it ever so much.

Poor.
First, delivery took a long time (from China). I don’t believe the case is any different from the cheap ones I have bought from discount stores. The fit is okay, but there appears to be zero drop protection. Just a fashion case.
The ridge around the back is uncomfortable to hold.
But most frustrating- the mag lock will not hold securely on my car mounting ( I have multiple cases & this is the only one that fails)
Over all- cost too much, takes too long to deliver & rubbish mag lock.

Shipping can take a little longer as we currently ship from our central facility, but we're working on speeding this up. As for the MagSafe issue: our Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases use UV-printed artwork, which adds a thin surface layer. As mentioned in the Q&A section, these cases aren't recommended for MagSafe car mounts, as the magnetic hold can be reduced.
For stronger MagSafe grip and better drop protection, we’d recommend our Lux Impact cases, which are built specifically for performance. We’re happy to offer you a 60% discount to try one — no return needed.

I was sceptical at first as an international company. However turned up today. Appears I ordered the wrong screen protector and that will end up on me so just check your orders! I thought I had clicked plus and turns out a pro was delivered. Too late now as waited 2weeks but the product itself works on my mag safe charger, is a great looking product and feel and for a real star wars and specifically mandalorian fan like me will look epic on my motorbike! Would defo give them a shot. May even order myself another!

MagSafe is not worth the money
The imagery is good and case seems ok. I ordered MagSafe as I utilize this at home and in my car. The MagSafe is able to charge however with the design it will not stick to the phone and my phone will no longer stick to my car charger/holder.

I thank you for your response. For you to say that you’re glad I’m happy, you obviously misread my review and rating.
You offer MagSafe as an option for your cases and charge accordingly. If it is not supported then it should not be an option. Further you do not advise of its limitations. It only works laying on the charger, it does not grip. I will be pursuing a refund.
