Ordered for s22 ultra and after a long wait I have the item and now its manufacturer defect.. seriously. Very bad experience I need my refund.

I got the wrong product. I want to refund it. Please Tell me what to do and where to send the prduct back.

First of all : the delivery took longer than I expected and longer than the website tells you it would come to you (It says 7-10 days, but I waited a little over a month, but keep in mind there were Christmas holidays during that time).
I expected the case to look and feel a little different than it actually does and I expected a liiittle higher quality. Nevertheless the quality of it is still very good, it still looks very very good and I'm happy with the case overall. Definitely would buy one of their products again.

Perfectly fitting to the phone

A really good phone cover which I always wanted. Good designs. Not to thick not too heavy. So far so good.

The tracker of the delivery say that the package has been delivered, but i didn't receive anything, so or this is a scam site and they send fake packaging to steal money or the packaging is lost, both ways i want my money back.
EDIT: It was a poste italiane's bad the package has been delivered the day after to the right owner.

A very good case for iPhone, good materials and great designs for everyone

Shipping speed was better than expected. I purchased the Ninja case and it’s amazing. It is very sturdy but yet it does not feel bulky and fits the phone very tightly. I’ve dropped the many times now, when face down and no issues yet. The only thing I wish is the back was more transparent so I could see the Ninja contrast more with the color of the phone.

The delivery took a bit too long (but still within the timeframe initially set). The case quality amd design is really good.

Honestly, I thought the service would be bad since my package was stolen, and was not expecting any form of refund since it was my fault.
But after emailing them about what happened, I was contacted through email and instagram and was given another case as a replacement, which I really did not expected it.
I'm very grateful for such experience and look forward to buying more.

The case looks fantastic. It's nice and light, I've not dropped my phone yet so I don't know whether or not it's strong in terms of protection, but it feels good so far.
Only negative is the courier used as Evri delivered it. But it came timely and it hasn't got lost so I didn't really have a bad experience overall

I really loved it, it also protects the phone great and the designs are incredible
