Small, but well chosen range of products. Quality seems good and the photographs on the website were accurately representative of the delivered article. Communication was good and delivery prompt with no issues whatsoever.

Prompt communication after ordering to arrange delivery. Chairs arrived wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage in transport. Box used was sturdy with reinforced edges. The Profile chairs were new and spotless and super comfortable to eat around a table.

We bought the Mathew Hilton Table from Case furniture, The quality of the table is excellent. The service was very good. Delivery was around two weeks as it states in the website. IT was installed here in the house and all the cardboard's was taken away that was handy. I highly recommend.

The Case furniture 'authentic new production' of Robin Day's '675' Chair is absolutely beautifully realised. Approved as it is by the Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation, I was delighted when I unboxed it at the shear quality of the manufacture. Every detail is perfect from the very mid century 'Elum' wool upholstered seat and with tiny improvements like the brass fixings on the bent ply arm/backrest I suspect these are better than the 1952 originals. This is a chair I have always wanted to own and finally I have one for my new home office. Case allowed me to save on delivery costs by collecting from their warehouse in Croydon. Great company, good communication and a pleasure to deal with.

The whole experience from order to delivery handled with care and attention. The order arrived in excellent condition, complete in every screw and fitting, on time and with a helpful, cheerful and communicative driver. Assembly instructions were easy to follow.

Delivery 4 days earlier than anticipated, assembly in situ, product is fantastic, 2 weeks faster than anyone else stocking the product in the UK, exceptionally friendly and efficient customer service. What's not to love. Will come back here ASAP, one of the most positive retail experiences I've ever had, AND during covid. Kudos!

The table is very well made and looks lovely . The walnut is rich and fits well with other modern furniture. We only had a 3 week wait before delivery . The company kept us well informed . I emailed to check if our existing dinning chairs would fit between the legs . The sent a photo of the measurement being taken so we had absolute confidence . The delivery company was prompt polite and very efficient at putting the table together . All together unbeatable quality and service.
