QUICK and everything good

Great furniture. Delivery and assembly very efficient

Super efficient service and the desk is good quality and looks great!

We ordered four chairs. The products were all very well packaged. One back had a minor flaw and Case switched over the back without argument. Also needed one replacement screw which they also posted. Communication throughout the whole process was simple, prompt and professional. Great product, good communication and great customer care. Special thanks to Anna Maganetti.

I like the desk; good quality. That said, for its price, the delivery was a bit difficult: it's annoying that they won't bring it up the steps.

I'm also a woman of average height, but I think ergonomically, the desk has been designed around the average male height. I suppose that's a perennial issue with product design :(

Love the sideboard. Delivery good with the exception of one of the doors needing adjustment. It was something that the person assembling the piece should have caught. Not sure if this was something that should have been identified before leaving the factory. Delivery guy managed to adjust the door so it finally closed properly.

Fantastic stuff from CASE. Isabel was very helpful and managed to find a wonderful Mathew Hilton Ex display extending Dulwich Table for us at a reduced price when we most needed it around the time of moving home. We also purchased 3 x Narin folding chairs which are simply the best space efficient folding chairs we have ever seen or sat on. The table turned up in perfect condition and packaged in a bombproof carton! Impeccable service made our ordering process very pleasurable and I will definitely buy more furniture from CASE again

Case delivered the desk with good communication and assembled it for us, very nice guys. The desk itself is high quality and looks very stylish. It is a perfect size for mid-tower desktop, monitor keyboard etc and a lamp with room to spare.
