I bought the Luxury Waterfallshower kit through Lowe’s and had it installed a little over a year a go and had noticed the wand hose coating coming off so I reached out to customer service. They were very prompt and resolved my issues. The shower kit has worked extremely well and would definitely buy again.

I've been using this shower system for a year now, and I just wanted to give an updated review. When I first bought it, I called their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right product for my needs. After a year, I had a small issue with the handheld shower hose, and they replaced it without any hassle at all. They just sent me a new one. I'm fully satisfied and would recommend this brand to everyone. It’s been a great experience!

The system I ordered had a prefect finish on all parts. The installation was straight forward and simple. When I called with an installation question I had quick and accurate information.
Compared to local suppliers for shower kits with quality parts the is no comparison to CASAINC.

The tub is beautiful and the company has been great to deal with. They answered our questions in advance so the size is perfect! The drain plug did not fit exactly and customer service sent a new one out immediately. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a new home from a builder that lost the remote for the electric fireplace and refused to help me get a new one. I tracked down the brand and model number, called casa, and within a week I had a new remote. They were super friendly and helpful and even called to verify receipt of the remote!

Bought a complete shower kit through homedepot.com but after installation, our contractors informed us of a missing gasket. They wanted us to go to hone depot customer service to request for the part. But I saw there was a card with a number to call, so I tried it. Spoke with Vanessa and she was wonderful. After a few questions about the order number and the missing part, she was able to get an order placed and the part was delivered in 2 days time. It’s always refreshing when you call customer service and you receive ACTUAL GENUINE SERVICE, with constant updates and follow up too. Thank you so much, Vanessa.

CASAINC was very helpful with my shower head, we wanted the shower head to come out of the ceiling but we purchased the one that comes out of the wall. They helped us to get the right part for ceiling. I recommend CASAINC to anyone, products are well built.

I purchased two shower systems with spout, rainfall shower head and sprayer. It has great water pressure too! We absolutely love it!

The umbrella fits perfectly over our rectangular outdoor table. It is the perfect solution for the shade we need. I had only seen circular umbrellas, so I was thrilled to find this one. The umbrella and stand are well made and sturdy.

Customer service has been exceptional. The umbrella arrived on time, as promised. After 2-1/2 years use, I had questions about the fabric. Jennifer in customer service has been fabulous. She quickly responded and provided solutions to my questions.
