I purchased 2 wall mirrors from Casa Chic a very large French antiques style mirror and a smaller mirror for my dressing room. I was very pleased with both mirrors and the quality was perfect for the price of the mirrors.

I love how the frames are individually boxed which saves me a lot on packaging materials. Wonderful company. I will be back in a few weeks to order some more

After receiving my item there was a noticeable failure in the design. Have sent 3 Emails with photos but no response.
Customer service is terrible.

My Emails have finally been answered, a new mirror will be sent. When it arrives I will update again.

Beautiful product and arrived when it said it would, very happy with our purchase and it was a very reasonable price for a clock of its size! If I were to provide feedback, the only things I’d suggest is to make you emails mobile friendly (graphics were the wrong size) and to send more communications about orders being prepared and that they’ve been dispatched Etc- nothing beats being kept informed. Would definitely purchase again from you!

The Item was as described, although there was a Scratch on the Mirror. I emailed the company and it was resolved extremely quickly and professionally.
