I regret leaving a glowing review
I regret leaving a glowing review. The customer must understand that any duties are NOT included in the shipping--and shipping was double the price of the item purchased. Then, I received the duties charges, and now, shipping and duties amounts to 3 times the amount of the item ordered. The date is not a joke!!

As immediately explained to you when you emailed to us yesterday and as clearly stated on our website (we emailed you the link), all countries can apply customs duties, which do not depend either from us or from FedEx or any other carrier delivering your parcel, unfortunately. .
What you paid was displayed both in the shopping cart, before you checked out confirming your order, and in the order confirmation email you received and nowhere it was stated that this included customs duties, because we're not responsible for them. So, it's not that a "customer must understand that any duties are not included in the shipping" it is simply that it is clearly mentioned on our website.

Excellent, supportive customer service. It was unclear to me from the pictures on the website how I could order the color yarn that I needed. Elena was extremely helpful, pointing me to the right pages on the site, advising me of colors that were no longer available and had been replaced by other choices, and eventually sending me color options that might best meet the color swatch that I sent her. My order was small, but I felt that I received the same level of customer support that Elena gave customers with larger, more important orders.

I find great quality products that are not always available elsewhere.
When I had a package that was not delivered, the aftersales service dealt with the delivery company and resent me my products without delay. Since then, I only use Casa Cenina for my online shopping for yarns and fabrics.
